One of the best experiences of my trip to Vietnam Everything was perfect from beginning to end, and I honestly loved every moment of it. Thanh was with me at the beginning of the journey, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and fun. My tour guide, Luca, was equally amazing and made the whole experience even more special. Both of them were so welcoming and genuinely lovely. Everything was well organised, the service was excellent, and Ha Long Bay was absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed every single moment, and this experience will definitely remain one of my favourite memories of Vietnam. Our family had a great time in this tour. Our guide Louis was very personable and knowledgeable about the history of Hanoi. The food at the Hidden Gem cafe was excellent and train street was a great experience. The jeep had a cooler with plenty of ice waters for the 5 of us. It was a hot day so they were needed. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend it.

Great tour with amazing views and a good variety of experiences. Buffet lunch was good quality. Sunny was an excellent tour guide - he was both informative and entertaining. Would definitely recommend this tour. Important to keep in mind that the price does not include entrance fees for the various activities (approx. 420k VND per person).

Fantastic day.

Really good trip. I loved every part of this and would highly recomend. If your doing the hike up to the view point, and can only do 1 side, id personally go to the right. We was recomended to go left, but I think everyone does this, and it was very busy and ques at the top. The right side was completely empty. But try and do both if you can. Wear trainers for this and for the bike ride. But id advise bringing flip flops for after and maybe a change of clothes.

Had an absolutely great day out with Linh today. Beautiful scenery, good activities and food all with a very knowledgeable and funny guide. Dragon Hill was a tough climb, especially at the end of the day, but well worth it for the view. And the boat ride was a personal highlight.

What a fantastic day out! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The scenery was beautiful and so lovely to enjoy from different view points - the climb to the top of the stairs was exhausting, but so worth it; the bike ride so much fun and the boat ride the perfect way to end the day! Lunch was so delicious, some come with an empty tummy! Lastly, our guide T.A. was an absolute legend! Such a great sense of humour, so knowledgeable, brilliant English and just a lot of fun! Cannot recommend this trip enough. Definitely looking forward to our next adventure!

Memorable day in Ninh Binh

Loved our whole experience and it was a day well spent! Oggy and Uncle D are exceptional and went out of their way to make our day easy and comfortable. We were travelling with a 3 year old and were worried it would be difficult with the temple hike and busy day. But Oggy was very helpful in keeping her engaged and going. They were also able to accommodate our vegan food request which was very helpful. Overall highly recommend this trip for a memorable day.

Amazing trip!

Overall, an amazing experience! The food on the boat was great, the service was fast and friendly, and the kayaking was truly awesome. A few things worth knowing, though. We stopped at two “tourist trap” spots on the way there and back, where we had to keep saying no to pearls and jewelry. Two people in our group were stung by jellyfish while swimming, so definitely be aware of that. There was also a massive amount of trash in the bay. There were some cleaner pockets, but overall it was a shock, and the crew had to clean up a ton in the swimming area before we could get in. I’m not sure if that’s typical or just our day. Still, it was an amazing tour and I’d recommend it. I just think it’s worth knowing about the not-so-perfect parts too.

A wonderful experience

The entire crew was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome on board. They were very well organized and extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food was outstanding. There was a breakfast buffet, and in the evenings, a varied five-course menu was served. The program was very diverse: We visited many caves, went canoeing, and took a boat trip through the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay, where we also enjoyed a delicious lunch. We visited a pearl farm and were taken through a cave in a bamboo boat, where we even saw some monkeys. We stayed for three days, which was a great decision.
