Best tour ever!

Tour of Busan was booked for my family of eight which included 3 kids. Jinu was our guide and he was the most attentive, kind-hearted, patient and compassionate human being. We all enjoyed him including my 83 year old mom down to my 3 year old nephew. He was so awesome! Coming to Busan was a return to the city where my mom was born so Jinu took us around her old neighborhood down memory lane which made the tour especially special and meaningful for all of us. He knows the city so well and we learned so much from him. He arrived on time in a very comfortable and clean van, and was able to get us Sky Capsule tickets the morning of our tour which was a huge plus!!! We hit several spots and Jinu was very informative about the history of Busan. This private tour is perfect because you are able to plan your itinerary and if you don’t know what you want to see or do, they can plan a perfect day for you as well. All in all, this tour was the highlight of our Busan trip and meeting Jinu was the cherry on top.

Our guide, John Jin, is an outstanding tour guide. He took us to the best sites for our time frame, making sure we could get in without too many crowds. He is so knowledgeable about Korean history, and it was a delight to listen to him share this information. He was so pleasant and patience with us, and we truly enjoyed our day with him. John is also a seasoned scholar, and took an interest in my desire to learn more about the Korean language. Even so much, that he made the effort to gift me with a book to help me with my studies. What a caring and thoughtful thing to do! I highly recommend taking a tour with John. Our visit to Gyeongju would not have been the same without him. Thank you so much, John!

Bada was our guide and he was an absolute miracle worker. He was so patient and kind and great at explaining the importance of every stop. I felt like we really got to see Busan with the right amount of breaks between the walking and summer heat. Really enjoyed the coast side temple and even though our last stop ended up not happening, Bada was very prepared with alternatives!

Great tour and guide

Our tour guide, Daisy, did a great job explaining things to us and was incredibly thoughtful and nice. While she was not completely fluent in English, she got the points she wanted to make across to us. The sites on the 4-hour tour were great. Unfortunately, our tour was on a Saturday and traffic was quite heavy, which delayed some of our arrivals to sites. This was obviously not the fault of the driver, Daisy or Viator.

Excellent historical tour with a knowledgeable guide

The tour was very enjoyable and interesting. I had wanted to know more about some of the more ancient history of Korea. The tour covered a lot of sites and information. The places were beautiful. Our tour guide, Bobby Kim, helped us better understand the history and significance of the places we visited. He made sure we saw the best places and views, kept things moving but was also accommodating of our needs. I would highly recommend this tour and would happily do another tour with Bobby Kim.

It was an excellent tour guided by the energetic and friendly Yaho we made 5 stops and were given plenty of free time to explore each stop without being herded around in a big group.HaedongYongung was beautiful the visit to the UN war Cemetery was very emotional we had a very tasty Korean style lunch visited the Song do cloud bridge and finished off with a very interesting and photogenic visit to Gamcheon village and then dropped off at the ship having been one of the best 8 hour tours we've ever done

Great tour guide - great tour

Steve was a great tour guide and his English was perfect. He told very interesting stories about living in Korea and the United States and gave a great perspective of Korea history. This tour was a great way to see Busan at night. The boat ride was very slow and peaceful and beautiful. The drive to the top of the mountain was worth the view.

If you have one day for Busan, this is the experience you want!

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to the train station. Our driver explained what to do when we came back this evening to get back to our hotel and the took us to our seats. When we got to Busan, Mira met us as we got off the train. She was so welcoming and friendly and as we began talking, I explained to her that I am a Korean adoptee - born in Busan and this was my first time to Busan since then. She made this special day absolutely unforgettable. She showed us around and gave us time to take it all in. She never made us feel rushed and she took so many pictures for us! One of the coolest parts for us was at the Jalgachi Market - eating lunch and then walking around after - so glad we waited til we were in Busan to buy hotteok! Honestly Mira made us feel so comfortable throughout the day, on our way back to Seoul, my husband and I discussed how we felt like we were spending the day visiting with a friend. 미라, 감사합니다!
