No signage or personnel from the company and an unorganised mess trying to find the correct place. Boat was 20mins, and the narration was barely understandable and not remotely descriptive. It was basically - look right that’s so and so. That was it. No details no history (not that you’d of been able to understand anyway I guess) Went up the canal about 25 mins, turned round and came back. Couldn’t even tell you if we saw what they listed! Wish I’d not wasted 1.5hours (including the extended wait time)

It was not far and came back the same route so you see everything twice. The tour commentator was informative but talked too fast. We were to be on a boat of 19 people but after waiting 30 minutes past our start time we got onto a large boat of more people. We would never do this again . This was our first time to Venice so we thought there would be more talk of their history & why canals etc. The boat was hard to find and the ticket should show the gate & landmarks with how to find them.

The designated meeting place was unclear, no one that we asked seem to know where we should go to wait for the boat, we moved to 7 different lines based on instruction, and finally boarded a boat 15 min late, with only 6 people on the boat. The tour was less than an hour, and we didn’t learn anything. It was lovely being on a boat, but the trip was very disappointing overall.

The boat arrived 20 minutes late with no clear communication or signage or staff there to let you know what was going on. Once the boat arrived we did have an hour tour with some commentary about the canals. Met expectations for price - crew was friendly and it was nice seeing some of the city from the water.

Best panoramic experience

Once onboard, it was a great experience. Very affordable price and complete value for money. Boat’s 2nd level had roof so it wa very comfortable even during high temprature. Only thing is it’s a bit messy during boarding - boat arrived 20 min late and there was no one at the pier to guide/suggest, had to call/run around to figure out where the boat is going to come and to not miss out. Everything else was great.

It was a good, short ride with the kids. It is was informative, while getting to see the South part of Venice. I didn't have any expectations, which made it a little more enjoyable. If you want a ride to see the different islands, this is not the ride for you. The staff were pleasant.

there was no tent or flag or uniform to identify the tour in this very busy dock. the tour itself was outside the interesting parts of venice. the young lady narrating the tour spoke very fast in a heavy accent which made it difficult to understand.
