This was an excellent tour! Everything was professional, timely, informative and fun. Our tour guide was excellent as was our driver. I would have liked a little more time in Oia but I understand that we do have a time schedule. This is definitely the way to go rather than the cable cars. I can't recommend this tour enough.

TJ travel was amazing. Our family was separated during the mooring process. The group from Tj went above and beyond to reunite our family. They told us not to worry it was no longer our problem but theirs. Even though they had nothing to do with what happened. The tour was amazing, our guides an driver were wonderful. Would definitely us TJ travel again

Tour date: April 28, 2026. After being brought to land by the cruise's tender boat (Enchanted Princess), we (four friends) were greeted by Viktor, and along with other tourists, were assisted onto the tour boat that lead to the landing where we boarded the bus for our steep, but enjoyable scenic ride to the top of Santorini. Santorini is somewhat barren in vegetation with the possible exception of grapes, but the views of everything from land to sea were spectacular. Viktor did not disappoint in his description of history and the process of the grape industry. He described the way of life on this beautiful island and it was obvious that his knowledge, (having been a resident from birth) was vast, along with his love for his home. He was indeed a pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable young man! I would definitely recommend him! We went to beautiful villages and were given the opportunity to take time to visit the small stores that lined the narrow streets in Oia (pronounced Eeya). Nearing the end, we were brought to the restaurant (I think it is called 41 Santorini) on Perivolos Beach, and while we ate there, other tour participants chose to eat elsewhere ( and were just as impressed). I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the driver and the staff who were so diligent in assisting us on and off the boats! A beautiful day on a beautiful island with a great guide!

We booked the Sky Tram Deluxe Five Hour Santorini Tour, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped off the ship, everything was seamless. The sky tram ride alone is worth it—those views of the caldera as you rise up into Fira are unreal. No stress, no chaos, just a smooth start to an incredible day. Our driver, Christos, was fantastic. You can tell right away he’s experienced—safe, smooth driving on those winding cliffside roads, but also friendly and accommodating. He made sure we stayed on schedule without ever making the day feel rushed. And Yanni, our guide, truly made the tour special. He wasn’t just reciting facts—he brought Santorini to life. The history, the culture, the little details you’d never notice on your own… he explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does. The stops were perfectly chosen—breathtaking viewpoints, charming villages, and of course Oia, which somehow still exceeds expectations even after seeing it everywhere online. We had just the right amount of time at each location to explore, take photos, and actually enjoy it without feeling rushed. What really stood out was how organized and stress-free everything felt, especially in a place that can get crowded quickly. This tour took all the guesswork out of navigating Santorini and let us just enjoy it. If you’re visiting Santorini—especially on a cruise—this is 100% worth booking. Ask for Christos and Yanni if you can. They made an already beautiful place unforgettable.

We enjoyed this tour very much. Our tour guide met us at the old port and we ferried to the new port and got on a small 20 seater bus. We stopped for photo opportunities and walked through OIA and a charming village. I do wish we had the opportunity to walk through Fira. OIA was crowded, but apparently this time of year is much less crowded than in the middle of the summer. We ended our tour at a black sand beach, which was the highlight of the island for me. I highly recommend skipping the cable car. We heard even at the end of September people were waiting 2 hours to get back down to the port.

This is a must do on many levels! You skip the hassle of waiting in line and wasting precious time; plus you get an amazing tour of the sires, sounds and history of Santorini! Plus, you hear amazing back stories, learn a bit of Greek and Santorini trivia if you are lucky enough to have Gina as your guide! While they had the first rain in months during our trip, Gina pivoted quickly to ensure we had the best experience possible. The highlight was a beautiful walk through the quaint town of Megalochori - I would definitely go back to stay a while and take a cooking class, and visit a nearby winery! We ended the day with a lovely lunch at the Black Beach😊

Anna was an amazing guide. She was warm, knowledgeable, and generous in sharing all about Santorini. She really took great care of us throughout the tour. The restaurant they took us to was a bit pricey, but the food was good. Overall, it was a great experience and a tour I’d definitely recommend!

Victor was an EXCELLENT tour guide! Very informative, kept a great schedule, and you could tell he was respected in his community! His photo taking abilities were also top notch The tour bus was so nice as well! A brand new Mercedes van with great air conditioning.

Great variety, very safe driving and locations, very nice guide. Bus comfortable. Stops at each point though were much shorter than advertised. Still out for full 5 hours though.
