On Time, Responsive and Dependable

Santorini is an intricate labyrinth of buildings and things are difficult to find. A different provider at our arrival dropped us off in the wrong place and we had to get a $25e taxi ride to get to the right hotel. That made me nervous for our 6am flight a few days later and whether there would be issues for our early morning pick up. I emailed the provider and they responded within 30 minutes. I informed them we were staying right by the McDonalds in Fira and to tell the driver to meet us there to avoid any confusion. They confirmed the meet up spot and our driver was there before we arrived. Smooth transfer to the airport with zero problems. I would highly recommend this provider for your Santorini transportation needs.

It is difficult to be left standing at the airport alone with no ride coming. I had to pay twice the price to get where I needed to go

No one showed up despite being charged for the transport. I was stranded at the ferry port without transport, which viator charged me for and sent a confirmation email. I couldn’t get through to anyone and after days of follow up no one has refunded me nor responded back. Would recommend this service at all.

We had scheduled an airport transfer from the Santorini airport to our hotel. I was required to include out flight info with the booking, so I figured they would monitor flight times. Our flight was over 30 minutes early. I messaged the company to let them know and they told me the driver would be there at the scheduled time. We waited and waited, looking for a sign with our name on it. When it was 20 min past our pickup time, we went to the taxi stand to just order a taxi. As we were walking, I finally saw a man with my name on his sign. I had seen this man in the area for the last 10-15 minutes with no sign. My husband and I were very frustrated about this. He got us to our hotel. I had booked a round-trip transfer, but I did not see any communication about the hotel pickup for our return fight. I messaged the company the day before and they confirmed that someone would be at our hotel. This transfer was seamless and went perfectly. The overall price for both transfers was very reasonable, which is why I would still recommend. Just know they might not be on time and that they don't monitor if flights are early or delayed.

Company is a SCAM. Made booking, emailed drop off location per the operator request, once we arrived communication stop. Whats App showed that they received my messages and simply ignored them. We waited over 30 mins at the airport. It was an incredible inconvenience.

Terrible, Atrocious service. I couldn’t leave no stars but begrudgingly had to leave one star. Let me down at the last minute. Viator should take a serious look at this so called service. I truly believe my previous transfer on Santorini with this so called service provider was only made possible through the help of the Greek lady whose apartment I’d stayed at. AVOID, AVOID AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!!

I overly communicated (flight details, my WhatsApp, my mobile, my email). Viator acknowledged my messages and said they’d pass it along to the operator/driver. Driver never reached out even once, did not show up for pick up from the airport. I contacted viator as the platform, they stopped responding. 30minutes later my daughter and I got a cab. Requested a refund via viator and they said because the operator/driver did not confirm the refund request, they would not honor a refund. Seems like a scam all the way around. If we can’t use viator platform for reliable trust worthy booking, then why use this platform?? Horrible customer experience and service. Waste of my time especially on vacation when you want things to flow smoothly. Don’t use!!

Terrible experience. Booked a private transfer, showed up early to my scheduled time. The driver never showed up, because she had apparently arrived earlier, but left before our scheduled time. She refused to come back to get me, and buyer refused to give me a refund for a ride. I never received, even though I followed all the instructions perfectly. Very disappointed.
