I had a terrible experience with this tour operator. They never appeared at the meeting point, they even did not inform us that they have cancelled our reservation and made us wait. Than I called Viator directly and thats how I found out that we would never have a tour. Horrible unresponsabilitu, I dont even know how to describe who they are….
