Skip the line with the all day pass. Enter any time of the day, and keep your schedule flexible. This was great for our first day in Paris. It allowed us to go when we were ready, and we didn't have to stand in line to buy the ticket. Kids are free, but still need a pass.

Orsay museum was great. Viators ticketing emails were not great, too many preliminary emails with somewhat confusing statements. Like your ticket as soon as charged for ticket then you’ll get it 24 hours beforehand etc. Have used Viator in past and it was better in past.

Orsay speaks for itself. As for this tour provider, it worked out well. Tickets sent the day before, and we were able to enter after about a 25 minute wait. By all means, go see some wonderful art. Don't miss the art nouveau works.

The museum is wonderful, however Viatour was disappointing. We were unable to access our tickets vis the voucher link. The museum employee tried several times also. She finally gave up and let us in as she could see we had paid.

This museum lived up to all expectations. The museum itself was amazing and the collections were wonderful to see in person. The process of obtaining our tickets was precarious and we required assistance from the ticket attendant there. He said this was common for your company and this should not be.

The museum was wonderful. They have a lovely collection well worth adding to your visit to Paris. Make sure to go out on the terrace on the 5th floor for a sweeping view of the city.

I couldn't get tickets to Musse d'Orsay on the day I wanted or the time. I turned to Viator and saw this open ended ticket for any day and any time, valid for one year. I was skeptical, but it was totally legit. Our family got right in on the day we wanted and when we arrived. No wait and no problem.

Terrific museum. Much of it closed (no second or third floor) or on leave. Difficult for a disabled person to get around. Long walks with a walker/rollator. Not a lot of guards to direct. Poor singeage. CROWDED. Guided tours make noise. Hard to get near a work and take it in. Even the large pictures can be difficult to fully appreciate. Lots of sculpture. Unique photo exhibition. But, of course, a temple of Impressionism.
