Abby was an excellent guide! She gave us a lot of information about the history of the Tower in an interesting and entertaining way. Her English was excellent and she gave us lots of information on what we should expect and how the visit would unfold.

We had a good guide, honestly it was 20 minutes of confusion at the meet up, then once through security at Eiffel, there was no guide, only released to see the view.
The benefit of this was we did get to skip the line, and we learned the tower was originally painted red. C'est ĉa. Grab your own ticket online and get there early.

several blocks away from the tower so make sure you have your walking shoes on. The tour moved quickly through the lines!

The company doesn't make it clear enough for customers to gain entrance to Eiffel tower. My wife and I didn't get to use the tickets I purchased. I tried calling but number wasn't a direct contact and I tried to text didn't respond. I'm angry and disappointed

It is not really a tour. Pst Viator tours were really guided tours. Here the guide gets you in and up to the 2nd floor - he then points out some sights and the you are on your own.

The guides gives an introduction about the Eiffel Tower, then he talks about the famous places in Paris. The duration is about 2 hours including the guided part and the free time.

Our guide told us about the history of when the Eiffel Tower was built. How many people it took. How it was financed. Booking a tour is a must to cut through the lines and enter the tower with a short wait.

We went to the top level of the Eiffel Tower, and the experience was wonderful. Of course, the view was fantastic on our sunny day, and going with the group made the experience much quicker, as we went through security and got to the top. Quick and simple with less stress and I was able to simply enjoy the day and drink in the incredible views.
