It’s definitely worth traveling to the top and you’ll be lucky if you get Leonardo (Leo) as your guide. He effortlessly guided us through the maze of people and had a very pleasant personality.

Although there are lifts, there are around 10 steps at the beginning. It was a very exciting experience for first time visitors.

Be on time!! We got lost locating the meeting place to exchange our vouchers for the entry tickets. Forget about anyone waiting for you to help you join the group. While we had the tickets, the tour we paid for did not happen. Very disappointing.

The Eiffel Tower tour was extremely enjoyable. Everything went smoothly. We were able to avoid the crowds and go to a separate line. We took the elevators to the top, which worked out very well, came down to the first level via the elevator and walked the stairs down from the first level for a special experience. All in all highly recommend this tour.

Leo was an excellent tour guide! This tour was well worth the money! There were lines and lines of people waiting to get entrance- estimated to be a three hour wait for them. But Leo led us directly to an entrance reserved for tours, and it took us mere minutes to gain entry. He explained what to expect at the security checks, and helped everyone to get ready in order to expedite the process. Our group had chosen to summit the Eiffel Tower, so Leo showed us exactly what to do. We had a quick walk from the meeting place, and an easy route to the top. If you want a hassle free trip to the top of the tower, this is the way to go!

This was basically a skip the line entry. Our tour guide led the group about two blocks to the Eiffel tower. He escorted us through a expedited entry process and then to the second level. He provided background on the tower. Once we arrived at the second floor, he left the tour there.

Remember to check your email for the tour start location as it is not at the Eiffel tower and a few block away. The tour company knows that there are some delays are will wait for all to register.

Exactly what I wanted!! A good introduction to the Eiffel Tower. Escorted to the second floor. She spoke about the tower again and then we went to the top at our leisure

You will arrive at the lounge to redeem your voucher and wait for your appointed time to begin your tour. Our tour guide, Aladdin, was fabulous. We had a short walk to the tower. Once we showed our ticket and went through a preliminary security screening, we had time to use the restroom and take pictures. We then entered a priority entrance. Although it was a busy summer day, the line was not very long. Aladdin took us up the tower and shared historical facts. Once he finished with his presentation, the official tour ended. However, we were able to explore on our own. You are allowed to bring a refillable water bottle and there is a fountain near the restrooms.

Love the tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were however disappointed that we purchased to go to the summit but it was closed due to the heat wave with zero offer of a discount or partial refund.

Tour was supposed to start at 4:45 yet we didn’t make it to the tower until 5:45 due to the tour guide stopping to wait for out people to join our group. Due to the heat we couldn’t go to the very top of the tower which I paid extra for. Tour guide was new to his job and it showed. After an hour he was done with the group and we were on our own. Waste of money to have a guide for this tour. Not professional and I wasn’t impressed. I paid for a two hour tour and got 45 minutes worth.

The tour was excellent. We learned so much and had an excellent guide, Sol, who made sure we didn’t miss any highlights. I’d always done a self-guided tour of the Eiffel tour in the past but found this tour to be well worth what I paid for. Sol made it easy for us to get around, either took us or advised us to where we could the best views from the tower, and generally made our visit do much easier.

The experience was like no other. We met at a ticket office right around the tower, then heading to the elevators. Everything was neatly organized and in no time we were on the second level and even the top. The tour was designed for a basic introduction to the tower and then free time to explore on our own which my family enjoyed. Thank you!

“Tour” is a misnomer. The “guide” told us very little about the tower itself; the tickets were insanely marked up (the actual ticket to summit was 37.60). Felt like a huge rip off.

Eiffel Towrr was amazing, the “skip the line” is a must. Good luck on getting a good guide…choose your travel company wisely. Cocky and rude is no way to help visitors experience what may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Overall fun experience. Be warned - even if Eiffel Summit is 'sold out' on the website, just go to the Eiffel Tower - they released tickets to the Summit just as our tour was arriving. You can save a lot of money. Due to this the Summit was extremely crowded. We got to the Eiffel about 1 hour early and just walked the grounds (you can enter without a ticket) -- at that time the Summit did not have any tickets - the video screens said Summit closed due to capacity. As soon as our tour arrived approx 345pm, the video screens changed to Summit Open - tickets available. Oh well! Could've saved like $200. Still a fun tour.

Abby was great - super friendly, very helpful with several in the group that needed a bit of extra assistance, and a very positive personality. Would love to have her again or go on another tour that she does. Recommend going in the morning if in the summertime. Crowds really pile in midday and makes it a lot more tedious
