Operating Schedule: You can redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board. Buses run daily from 9:30am to 6.30pm from April to October and from 9:30am to 5.00pm from November to March. Frequency at the stops is every 15 minutes. Upon first validation on board the bus your ticket is valid 24, 48 or 72 hours according to the option chosen. We highly recommend customers to download the Tootbus app to follow the buses in real time, see the points of interest, access the audio commentary and enjoy self-guided walking tours.

I have been on many bus tours and have to say that this is one, if not, the best your. We started our trip in Paris on the tour bus, and finished our trip to Paris the same way. To start, we rode the entire route then decided which attractions we wanted to jump off at on the next loop.
The night tour is an excellent option and to see all the sites at night is incredible. The highlight of the night tour is definitely the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. The Tower is always lit up at night, but you see thousands of twinkling lights start (on the hour) was a sight to behold.

Missed the bus because the directions to the start was terrible for someone who has never been to Paris. Tootbus should assume most people don’t know the area and the instructions and directions need to be more detailed and clear.

The rain and cold weather prohibited me from having a good time. The driver that picked us up was not nice at all.

This was a great way to see some major sites in quick manner. It was also great to not have to walk to all of them. It was a great way to rest and take in the sites of Paris. Highly recommend!

Was a nice tour, needs better sighs for each bus stop. One bus, the tour narrator was not working. Switch bus colors not convenient.

The audio guide was fairly informative. However we passed numerous monuments and amazing looking buildings that could have been described.

So glad we decided to do this tour with such little time in Paris. We got to see all of the popular tourist spots in the comfort of the bus! Great way to see the sites with little time.

Provide access to the City and a good overview. Enjoyed the Night Lights tour.Bought the three days pass, which was well worth it as is was just a little more expensive than the one or two day pass.

Five of us booked the Hop On Hop Off bus with Viator for our two days in Paris. It was fine until I sat in the bottom level front seat and watched as the bus driver texted, talked on the phone and read while he was driving. He had to be reminded by me to move when a light changed. Even though it was far from our stop, I decided that after a few near misses our group got off the bus. I took pictures of him texting and reading and he didn't even notice. I reported him to the office of the tour bus company and to Viator. Viator even gave me a reference number and said someone would be calling back and they never did. I have booked with Viator for years all over the world and have never been so disappointed. Now I question if I should sit on the upper part of the bus since I have no clue what the driver is up to! I am mostly disappointed in Viator that they never followed up with me.

Im Vorfeld wurden wir informiert, dass wieder alles normal liefe. Als wir unseren Gutschein einlösten wurden wir informiert das Coronabedingt nur eine statt vier Linien befahren wurden. Außerdem wurden nur an 5 Stellen gehalten. So dass wir unser drei-Tage-Ticket nur an einem Tag genutzt haben. Bei der Fahrt wurden extrem lange Pausen eingelegt um z.B. die Ansagen mal auf den tatsächlichen Standort anzupassen, denn die passten aufgrund des zügig möglichen Fahrstils und der fehlenden Stopps an der Strecke, nicht zur Fahrstrecke. Weiterer Nachteil, Fotografieren war ohne Wackler nicht möglich. Der Zweck, bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen, war nicht gegeben. In der Nachttour wurde trotz angekündigtem Regenschauer ein Bus ohne Dach eingesetzt. Als es dann Mitte der Tour anfing zu schauern konnten, flüchteten alle vom Oberdeck, fotografieren aufgrund des Fahrstils und später wg. den Fensterscheiben nicht möglich und der Clou ein Jahr nach dem Brand in Notre Dame wurde noch von dem frisch renovierten Gotteshaus gesprochen.

Das abendliche Paris war wunderschön!!!!!!!!
Die Busfahrt am Tage war eine Zumutung bei diesem Verkehr waren wir zu Fuss schneller
Die Einstieg stellen waren schwer zu finden (Beschilderung sehr schlecht)
Die Busfahrer waren sehr nett trotz diesem Chaos im verkehr
