It was a great experience. The hosts were enteraining and thorough in their instruction for the preparation of pasta for tagliatelle and ravioli. Their recipe for the meat ragu was excellent. After preparation of the dishes, we were served dinner with wine on an open air rooftop terrace overlooking magical Florence.
