I can’t give input on this experience as the instructor never showed for the meeting point. There was no response from them when I texted 3 times over a 1/2 hour period ( we arrived 10 - 15 minutes early at the designated meeting point and waited for 15 minutes after the start time). We left at that point and contacted the support team for Viator and hope they follow through with a refund. I can’t say I’ll use them again in the future.

Francesca was a great instructor. She was very nice and patient. As beginners, my young daughter and I were able to learn practcal concepts that we can use in the future.

Great activity. Francesca is a great teacher and very helpful. It was easy to understand about such a difficult concepts of perspective in drawings. Очень интересная активность для тех, кто все уже увидел во Флоренции и хочет попробовать это изобразить на бумаге в роли художника. Франческа - замечательный учитель, очень понятно объясняет сложные вещи, терпелива к несовершенству в техниках рисующих :)) подойдет даже для начинающих.
