Faruk provided transfer service to Schiphol from Amsterdam City Center on our departure date and service was excellent. He contacted us the day before departure to confirm our pickup time, and again about 10 minutes before he arrived. Hie arrived on time with a vehicle that was immaculate and very comfortable. Faruk was very friendly and a great driver. The trip was stress free and we had ample time to navigate check-in and get a bite to eat before our departure. Definitely recommend Faruk’s service for any transportation needs!

Worked as advertised. The pickup company was in touch with me starting the night before and everything went perfectly. We just didn't want to have to deal with dragging luggage to the train, figuring out the schedule and tickets, then boarding the train, finding the right terminal, etc. This reservation made everything easy. Pickup at the front door and drop off right were we needed to be at the airport.

Take a taxi. It will be a lot quicker and less stressful. We spent 30 minutes looking for our driver after exiting baggage claim. Poor communication. I’m not sure he ever left his car. We finally get to our Hôtel exhausted and he drops us off on a corner and doesn’t help with our bags.

Thank you for your feedback, although we strongly disagree with several parts of your review.
First of all, suggesting people should “just take a taxi” is quite misleading. At Schiphol Airport, regular taxis often require waiting in long queues, searching for available drivers, and paying significantly higher prices. Most airport taxi drivers also do not track flights or provide direct communication before arrival, which is exactly the service we offer.
Our driver contacted you approximately 5 hours before your arrival with clear pickup instructions. Unfortunately, there was no response, and after landing your phone appeared to be switched off. Schiphol is the third largest airport in Europe, and it becomes extremely difficult to locate passengers who are not reachable and not waiting at the agreed location.
Despite this, our driver was actively searching inside the airport and remained available throughout. Eventually, contact was made through another phone number, and the driver clearly explained he was waiting upstairs at meeting point 3C the shortest and easiest pickup location possible. Even after that, it still took another 17 minutes before you arrived outside.
Regarding the luggage assistance: we reviewed this with the driver, and he absolutely did help with your bags both during pickup and at the hotel. Your hotel also does not allow direct vehicle access in front of the entrance, which we verified. You were dropped off at the nearest possible location, just around the corner, and assisted with your luggage there as well.
We always strive to provide professional, punctual, and helpful service, which is reflected in the overwhelming majority of our reviews. For that reason, we genuinely do not recognize the experience described in your review.

Didi was great. We received perfect communication of where to go to meet him. He was extremely informative about things happening locally that he gladly shared. Our flight arrived early and we got through customs super quickly, so we had a short wait, but he kept communicating with us and got to us as quickly as he could. Everything was great!
