Great way to experience Hanoi! Relaxing and informative!

Excellent transportation to/from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi, and an excellent tour of the city. We wanted good street food, and Tim took us to an excellent restaurant and also provided other tasting opportunities with egg coffee and other street vendors. The rickshaw ride and train viewing were excellent, and the other sites were very interesting. The team worked hard to find out what we wanted to do and how best to achieve all results. Great tour and problem solving made it a relaxed and exciting time for us! Recommended!

Highly recommend this activity!

We selected the Hanoi: Lux + Buffet + Jacuzzi option. We were picked up at a designated location (pick up at accommodation was available too but only from within the Old Quarter). We had a few stops on the bus trip to Ha Long Bay. One was at a pearl exhibition and shop. We got to learn about how pearls are farmed and had the opportunity to buy pearls, clothes and souvenirs. The cruise staff were very friendly and helpful. The cruise boat was clean and food buffet delicious. Souvenirs and pearls were available for purchase on the cruise. I did the speedboat and kayaking. Both were great! There was enough time to enjoy ourselves. We explored a cave and later an island with the option to hike or swim. Mike was a great guide. He explained everything to us very well and was helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed this activity. It was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam! Highly recommend

Great full day tour visiting the incredible Ninh Binh region with our amazing tour guide Trang and bus driver Dung. The variety of the activities on the day was great, including a moderately strenuous hike to the top of the Lying Dragon Mountain, a bike ride on flat roads/paths in a nearby village area, visit to the ancient capital, and a beautiful wooden boat ride through multiple caves and picturesque scenery. Highly recommended tour!!

An Unexpected Pleasure

The best thing about this tour is the fact that it can be adjusted on the fly based on time, traffic and anything else that can and will crop up. Like our ship being delayed over an hour by immigrations. We already altered the tour by a bit before it even started because our time in port was not as long as first expected. Then this. Communication between us and Brian was above and beyond. He sent pictures of exactly where he would be waiting and we let him know once we were able to get off the ship. To be honest, when I booked this, I had no idea I had booked a PRIVATE, as in just the two of us, tour. We had a driver who knew his stuff and we got to see a lot of what we originally planned. Just experiencing life on the city streets was as good as the tour itself. He took us to a hole in the wall noodle house that I may have passed up, had I been alone. The lunch was fantastic. The atmosphere was as local as it gets. I think we were the only "tourists" there, LOL. As I was walking out, I saw the wall with the 4x Michelin Guide awards 2023 to 2026. WOW! I can't really say anything specific about what we saw because your tour might be different from ours. This I will say. I am grateful beyond words that Tran Haung Phuc (Brian) was our guide. I found out later that we had so much of an advantage over the organised bus tours, talking with some of our ship mates. You won't be disappointed. If you have the full 10 hours to do this tour, you'll be trying to find things to see, LOL. We had about 5 and made it work.

Very beautiful experience, everything was perfectly organized: the arrival on the boat, the meals, the activities. The boat is magnificent, especially the rooms. The staff was adorable, especially Rose who took care of us. The bay was splendid, incredible landscapes! I recommend it 100%.
