Incredible Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica tour

I had an absolutely wonderful private tour of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica with Brankica! LivTours was very communicative and quick to respond to my questions, which made everything easy and stress-free from the start. Brankica arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate about history. It was clear how deeply she cares about the stories she shares, and she brought the history of these incredible places to life in such an engaging way. What made the tour especially memorable, though, was Brankica herself. She is wonderfully warm, kind, and genuinely funny! I laughed so much throughout the tour, and I really enjoyed getting to know her personally. It felt less like being on a formal tour and more like spending time with a friend who just happens to know an incredible amount about history. I highly recommend Brankica anyone visiting Venice! Marvelous experience!

This is a must do trip if you are at all interested in glass. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel (the actual ticket is confusing but it is a round trip back to hotel). Our guide, Julia, was terrific! Emilio at Colleoni met us at the dock at Murano and led us to the demonstration and explained what was happening. Colleoni is a premier glass blowing company and their showroom is spectacular! We bought a chandelier what will be made just for us.

Dolomites

We visited a ski resort village where some 2026 Winter Olympic games were held. We stopped at many majestic sites for photo opportunities. Had time to have lunch and walk around the lake and shop for souvenirs. Our guide was Marco. He made sure the vehicle was safe at all times and comfortable for us. He accommodated our needs when we asked. He was more than happy to take photos of our entire group and told us lots of valuable information in history as we drove along the tour.

More than Venice !

So worth your time to experience the art of glass making! You can sit and watch glass makers at work and then visit the showroom with numerous piece of art. Then travel to the island of Burano and experience the peaceful life of an islander. Along the tour we learned about the history of the island and had time for a wonderful lunch. Our tour guide Tomaz was fantastic and would highly recommend this tour!

Our city guide Michael gave us the choice, the hotspots or the quiet Venice. We decided on the Venice away from the crowds. He led us through quieter alleys and explained architectural and historical details to us. And as a true Venetian, he also shared some insider information. Amina was a wonderful tour guide with a lovely personality. She met us at the hotel due to (losing luggage in Venice from Paris and we waited for next flight that luggage was on) and we were on a tight schedule. Anyways, Amina was timely, dependable , very personable and knowledgeable about Venice. She showed us so many hidden gems off the beaten paths that were truly lovely! We asked for recommendations for dinner, and shopping when we return to Venice after our cruise ends and she gave us many. She knew her history of Venice and was a very refreshing tour guide! She truly enjoyed doing this job!

Church tour of a lifetime

This is an experience of a lifetime. Seeing Saint Marks after dark in the evening without the crowds and with the church lights on is amazing. I learned a lot abut The church, Venice and Venetian history even tough I had down a lot a reading beforehand. The Doge’s Place after blaring was also very good. Highly recommend they’d tour to everyone visiting Venice.,

Personal walking tour with Reza!

Reza was a great tour guide! He personalized the tour to our interests and questions. He gave us the opportunity to see areas a little off the beaten track which was nice. If you get the chance to take a personal tour do it, much nicer than the group tours. The gondola ride at the end was icing on the cake, we spent some time on the Grand Canal but the quieter back canals were very enjoyable and relaxing. Great tour with Reza!
