The basic course is aimed at all those who have never tried before and at the same time for those who have already had a very short experience of a few days and want to improve the bases necessary to move to the next level. The requirements are: being in good general health, knowing how to swim and a minimum age of 6 years. The aim of the course is to surf the first foam waves independently and safely and to learn basic theoretical and practical knowledge such as positioning on the board, paddling, take-off, weather-marine knowledge, how to overcome the waves, how to spin on foams, weight management and more! Within this course, we follow small groups of up to 6 students for each instructor so that all students can be followed with the utmost care and in complete safety. The course lasts about 4 hours, including transport times, and the practical part in the water will be about 1.5 / 2 hours.

Flamenco is a musical genre originally developed mainly in Andalusia. In November 2010 it was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Nowadays, dancing, singing and guitar playing are taught all over the world. The teacher will teach you the basic movements of the hands, the taps and the movement of the body. During the class you will dance a small choreography, to put in practice what you have learned. This course is designed for beginners, but if you already have some knowledge, we will get adapted to all levels.
