A great taste of Bari with Nicholas

This was a great chance to taste the street food of Bari! Nicholas did an outstanding job telling us the stories of the food and the families that made it. There’s only one stop where you sit down, so be prepared for a lot of standing. The focaccia was absolutely amazing and worth standing in line and taking your chances with Rino the Bouncer. Fortunately, Nicholas took care of that for us! The octopus was unexpectedly good, don’t be scared off because it’s octopus. The Panzerotti were delicious as well.

A good experience

Lovely weather so trip was good - the company did contact me beforehand to request we change dates as our original booking the weather looked windy! I thought this was good service & fortunately our schedule was flexible so we changed both date & times to suit! The area where the trip leaves from is lovely with a few restaurants & plenty of parking. The trip itself was good, not much to see in the caves & there is a 15 minute swim stop - only 2 people got off to do that out of 14. Prosecco was served, a pleasant 1 hr 45 min trip & worth doing we felt … we headed into the main town for dinner after & that was really good to explore!

We had a great deal of fun making the pasta. Although it was a big group it worked really well and the team running it used their knowledge and experience well. We learnt a great deal about how to make pasta and also how not to make pasta! The setting was really lovely, the food was fun to make and good to eat. Highly recommended

The Three Town Tour

This 3-town tour is amazing. It does involve a great deal of walking, especially as a coach, such as we had, can only park away from the sites of interest. The town of Alberobello is of particular interest with its fascinating conical Trulli buildings. The local guide who was engaged for visiting the Trulli was extremely good, very clear and gave good information and not too much. The pace of that part was just right for all ages and abilities. He explained what we were going to experience. The coach courier was not so explicit and it would have helped for us to be pre-advised (preferably on the journey to the towns) as to what we should expect to see and experience when we arrived at Locorotondo and Ostuni. In each case we were led uphill in hot sunshine for an unknown (at the outset) distance, and then were given a quick summary of what we could or might see in and around the town, and when we should meet. At Ostuni there was a fleet of TukTuks roaming the town. For a few members of the coach party, an option maybe could be made available to use these. This would have been a great relief on such a hot day at what was the final place on the trip to explore

Experience is exactly as described. This is a 1.5 hour tour that has an easy to find meeting point. It shows the caves, and that famous restaurant. Before coming back, you can jump off the boat for a quick swim. I highly recommend it. It is just the right length. No shoes worn on boat and collected before boarding. Wear bathing suit.

5 stars does not feel like it's strong enough. Rating for this company period if you are lucky enough to get raphael. As your guy, you will have a day that you will never forget period his energy enthusiasm and love for people shines through in everything. He does period he makes sure that everyone has a good time and feels included every step of the way and gives you all of the information you could ever want about the areas you're exploring period someone in our group had a mobility issue, and raphael took his time to make sure that person was able to get in and out and accommodated in every place that we stopped. He was a true gem. We would suggest this to anyone traveling to Bari. We cannot wait to return to barry next summer to see our friend. Rafael, again and go on another great adventure with him

A must do experience in Polignano a Mare!

Fun boat tour along the coast. Amazing views. A stop for a swim and a nice glass of fizz was a bonus! Only around 10 passengers so fairly "private". We did it at 4pm on 22nd June, so just about missed the worst heat of the day. One thing to note. The pier where the boats leave from is a good 25 minute walk from the train station, and no footpath for some of it. At our request, the organisers booked us a taxi for our return to Polignano town afterwards, which was a much better option.

This was a comprehensive walking tour of Bari. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very passionate about sharing information about Bari. She was able to communicate fluently in English. We were able to see all the sights and learn about them . The food tasting ( focaccia Barese) was an amazing treat during the tour. The only thing she could probably adjust was to walk a little bit slower because not everyone can walk the same speed as her especially on the busiest streets. We also had a hard time finding the meeting spot. The address mentioned on the meeting point was confusing. We almost missed the tour in spite of being in the vicinity 30 minutes before the start of the tour.

Excellent boat trip. We really enjoyed the tour along the beautiful coastline and visiting the caves. The guide was very good and gave us lots of information. Would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit the caves. The rose prosecco was a lovely end to the trip!
