Epic experience for our family! I went with my wife and two daughters (9 and 12 years old) and had a blast. Shaly was a fantastic guide. Very energetic and patient, helpful, and full of knowledge. She made us feel like family friends! The hike to the main water area is not strenuous. From there, there is a bit of scrambling/climbing required to reach the slide, but Shaly told us where to put our feet and where to hold on. We felt safe at all times. The slide was really fun and unique, and also optional. There are different levels of jumps into the water (all optional), from a few feet up to 20 feet. The rope swing is also fun. The water was clear and cool (not cold—just refreshing), the temperature was comfortable (mostly shade), and no bugs. The earlier you arrive, the better. I was surprised by our 6:45 am pickup time from San Juan, but we were practically the first group there and got tons of great photos with no other visitors in the background. The spot was a paradise! So the early start was 100% worth it! Other groups started arriving soon after us, and by the time we left the water (around 11:00 am) it was PACKED. Hundreds of people and long lines. Shaly took so many great photos of us with our phones and kept gear safe in her waterproof bag. Bring a clear waterproof pouch for your phone and consider taking some underwater shots! The roads into the rainforest are quite windy so consider taking a non-drowsy anti-motion-sickness med if needed. We travel a lot and this was one of my favorite family experiences! And again Shaly was so fun and made it extra memorable. Would highly recommend booking with her if possible! After the lunch stop at the kiosks in Luquillo, we were back in San Juan by around 1:30/1:45 pm, which was perfect.

Walked for 2 hours with frequent stops. This particular day San Juan was experiencing a water shortage so almost all restaurants were closed and every restroom in the area was closed down as well. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Had free piragua and about 2 hours to explore on our own after.

We had an amazing experience with Caribe Bliss. From start to finish, everything was smooth, organized, and stress‑free. The entire staff was awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to making sure everyone had a great time. The process was seamless, from check‑in to getting us out on the water. The crew made us feel safe and comfortable, and they kept the energy fun the whole time. You can tell they really love what they do. Overall, it was an excellent tour and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great snorkeling adventure in Puerto Rico.
