È tutto così bello — i Ciaccio Americani tornano in Sicilia
Our tour through Cefalù and Caccamo was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. Both towns were breathtaking in completely different ways — Cefalù with its coastal beauty and charm, and Caccamo with its deep history, quiet magic, and incredible views.
What made the experience especially meaningful was our guide, Tatiana!! She was incredibly insightful and deeply knowledgeable about Sicilian history, culture, and local traditions. Her warmth and upbeat energy immediately made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and connected to the places we were visiting. She brought every street, castle, and story to life in such a magical way.
For our family, visiting Caccamo was especially emotional and memorable because it is the town our ancestors (Ciaccio’s of Los Angeles) immigrated from. Seeing the homes and hearing its history felt deeply personal, and Tatiana understood the significance of that connection. She helped turn what could have been just a sightseeing tour into a meaningful family experience we will never forget ❤️.
We left feeling inspired, connected to our roots, and even more in love with Sicily. Highly recommend this tour and especially Tatiana to anyone wanting a heartfelt and fun experience!

Valley of the temples
This full day experience featured a drive south to Agrigento to see the temples of the gods. Our driver, Mimmo, shared information along the way. He was super courteous and concerned for our comfort and welfare. Our guide at the temples was Anna. She was incredibly knowledgeable and we felt well informed about what we were seeing. We recommend this trip!

Good experience to Valley of the Temples in Sicily
This tour went exactly as planned and was on time for everything which is excellent for a long day such as this was. The driver and companion were friendly and competent. The vehicle was reasonably comfortable and our driver went out of his way to avoid potholes and various other obstructions and deserves credit for keeping us safe. Our tour companion was very friendly and accommodating for non-English folks on the mini bus. The guide at the Temple site was excellent.

Excellent, meticulously planned tour!
An excellent tour, planned down to the smallest detail. Renato, both tour guide and driver, proved to be a very knowledgeable guide and an extraordinary driver. He displayed a friendly demeanor and exceptional knowledge of the subject matter. The wine tasting and presentation of local cuisine were a truly impressive addition to the tour. Overall, a very positive experience.

Most Relaxing & Enjoyable Tour!
This was so much fun. The CruiserCar was simply the best mode of travel for learning about Palermo. It was a beautiful day, and was the most peaceful excursion on our trip. We saw beautiful sites, learned a lot of history, had some fantastic food, and just simply relaxed. Best driver and guide we’ve met!

Do not hesitate, so worth it!
This was by far a highlight of my Mediterranean vacation. Giovanni and his wife were so welcoming and shared lovely memories, recipes, food and wine. I truly felt welcomed and I cherish the memories I created with them! The food was incredible! I have had many tours cancel on me as a solo traveler, but they did not. It was a beautiful way to gain insight into Palermo.

Great food and a good time
Great cooking class. Started with shopping for fresh ingredients. Then went to a cozy kitchen for our class. Kept us students busy with helping making all the dishes but balanced with keeping the class moving along smoothly. Sign up for this one. Oh, yea. The food was awesome.

Great tour of Corleone, the museum and Monreale
This was an outstanding tour of Corleone. Don’t miss this if you are in the area. Cristian was a wonderful tour guide. I learned alot about the history of the town as well as the great tour of the museum which explained the origins of organized crime in detail. The town of Monreale is beautiful and scenic as well. Highly recommend!

A Sicilian walking adventure!
Peter was our tour guide, and he really knew the city. It was a 3-hour adventure. Peter explained that there was very little government support for the southern part of Italy. People had to pay to go to school, and there was not much of a police presence, so crime rates were high. The mafia bought all of the politicians, and there was much corruption in government. As we walked through the narrow streets, cars and motorcycles would drive through the crowds, even though they were supposed to be pedestrian areas. The temperature climbed as we made our way through the busy streets. The markets were so interesting with every type of street food you could imagine. Prices were very cheap. We wished that we could spend some time shopping, but our guide kept everyone moving. This would be a good tour to orient yourself to the city, and I wish we could have spent some time shopping. However, by the end of the tour, we were too exhausted to even consider it. Our city tour continued with a visit to Quattro Canti (Four Corners) with its beautiful baroque artwork. It is the center of the city. We then went to the Palermo Cathedral and had cannolis with our group. The cathedral was stunning inside and out, and Peter explained the significant areas. It makes such a difference when you have a guide. We ended at the palace, and I found us a taxi back to the ship (just as Peter was explaining how bad the taxis and public transportation is in Sicily).

Super trip, umberto was a...
Super trip, umberto was a great guide. Castelbuono is charming and tranquil. Lovely food tasting experiences with the local produce. Cefalu is just a gorgeous combination of architecture and a beautiful beach set against the mountains. Even in late October it was warm and sunny and a real treat. Lovely trip and not too far in the car from Palermo.

Best day with Umberto!
A fabulous day out! Umberto was so lovely! Gave us a great run down of places as we travelled. Talked to us about lots of things and introduced us to a delicious dessert from a bakery on the way. We stopped for photo opportunities along the way.
The beach was beautiful and water calming and cool! Probably the most relaxed day we have had so far!
The journey was made even better by the clean, comfortable transport. Umberto obviously takes pride in his vehicle. Highly recommend this tour!

Perfect Day in Sicily with Mimmo!
Our private tour of Segesta, Erice, the Stagnone Salt Pans, and Marsala with Mimmo was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, he was kind, thoughtful, and completely accommodating to our needs. He shared great facts and stories about each location, bringing the history and beauty of Sicily to life.
We never felt rushed — Mimmo always made sure we had time to enjoy each stop, take photos, and soak it all in. He even went out of his way to offer restaurant recommendations and local tips, which made the experience feel personal and special.
The car was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, and the timing of every activity was perfect, allowing us to see so much without ever feeling tired.
If you want a relaxing, informative, and beautifully curated Sicilian adventure, book this tour and ask for Mimmo — you won’t regret it!
