Great experience
We throughly enjoyed our experience with James at the British Museum and then an hour later at the Portrait Gallery. James was very knowledgeable and helped us hit some high points of both museums collections without wandering around too much. We did both tours but if you are a bit older than we are and walking a lot isn’t your thing we would suggest picking one for a day and doing another one the next if you have the time.

This is an excellent tour. A great way to explore a fascinating museum. Our guide, Alan, was superb. His explanations were detailed and made us appreciate these masterpieces much better. Strongly recommended.

The small group tour was led by a fascinating, knowledgeable tour guide. Although the tour lasted only an hour, I learned a great deal and appreciated each of the paintings she discussed. Our tour guidebrought them to life with humor and intelligence.

Great private tour of the Gallery.
Amazing tour for our group of 8 delving into the depths of the Gallery with our guide Jake. It was just the right amount of time to fulfill all of us. Very informative and greatly paced. Outstanding tour—Babylon is the greatest!
