Yoshi was truly the warmest and sweetest tour guide, and he made our experience in Japan so memorable. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and easy to be around. We were traveling with our kids, and one of the things we appreciated most was how wonderful he was with them. He kept them engaged, made them feel included, and was so patient with all of their questions. Traveling with children can sometimes make tours feel stressful, but Yoshi made the entire day feel relaxed, fun, and effortless. He was also extremely knowledgeable and shared so much about the history, culture, and places we visited without ever making it feel overwhelming. It felt much more personal than a typical tour. He took the time to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and helped create moments we will remember long after this trip is over. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we were exploring Japan with a friend rather than just a tour guide. We feel very lucky that Yoshi was part of our trip and would recommend him without hesitation, especially to families traveling with children. This was hands down one of the most fun experiences of our trip to Japan. We arrived early and they allowed us to start early. Edward is originally from Cali, so we talked about the States and how he ended up in Japan (so sweet). He was our guide & he made it fun and easy. I was nervous driving on the actual Japanese streets with cars and buses and trucks- but he made sure we were safe and took time to stop and check in with us. He took TONS of great photos!!! My folks did the excursion and they are in their 70’s and they were able to keep up and had a blast. I definitely want to do this again when I am back in Japan. If you are on the fence about doing this- take the keep- DO IT! You will have a Fab-u-lous time. They even gave us tips on places to eat afterwards 😉. 1000/10 ⭐️

Amazing Mount Fuji Day Trip — Highly Recommended! 🇯🇵🗻 We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Mount Fuji day tour, and a big part of it was thanks to our amazing driver and tour guide, Rana. Rana picked us up right on time at 6:00 AM from our location, and we immediately headed towards Mount Fuji. The car was very neat, clean, and comfortable. On the way, we made a short stop at a Japanese service area where we enjoyed breakfast, coffee, and a little break before continuing our journey. Our first major stop was Mount Fuji 5th Station, located approximately 2,300 meters above sea level. There were quite a lot of clouds that day, but the atmosphere and surroundings were absolutely beautiful. We also visited the Shinto shrine there, which was a wonderful experience. Luckily, for a few minutes, the clouds cleared and we got an amazing view of Mount Fuji — it was truly a memorable moment! After that, we headed down towards Lake Kawaguchi and visited Oishi Park, where the lake and the beautiful surroundings created a breathtaking view. We had so much fun there, especially trying the amazing ice cream flavors, including lavender, rose, blue rose, blueberry, and other unique flavors. Everything was delicious! Our next stop was Oshino Hakkai Village, where we explored the beautiful ponds, traditional old houses, souvenir shops, and local surroundings. We spent around one to one and a half hours there and also enjoyed a delicious lunch. Overall, we had an incredible day from start to finish. The whole tour was well organized, comfortable, enjoyable, and full of beautiful experiences. And a special thanks to Rana, our driver and tour guide. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and made our entire journey even more enjoyable. If you like cars, this is the experience you want. Tons of R34/35 and Mitsubishi evo’s. Lotus, old/new supras, RX-7, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche…saw them all. Apparently they meet every night (and daytimes on Saturday/Sunday as well). Michael was great. Very comfortable skyline (13th gen—so essentially an infinity Q50) took us all around town. Solid 4 hour adventure with terrific, English speaking guide. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience on the Mt. Fuji ice cave excursion and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our guide, Tada, was outstanding—his English was excellent, making the tour easy to follow and enjoyable throughout. As a local with many years of experience, he shared fascinating insights about the caves, Mt. Fuji, and the surrounding region that we never would have learned on our own. His expertise, professionalism, and enthusiasm made this one of the highlights of our trip!

We went on the Hakone and Mt Fuji tour and I have to say Yui was one of the best tour guides we have had in Japan! She speaks excellent English (that is a feat in Japan as many guides/tours say they speak english but they don't coherantly) she made the site's come alive with a bit of history and some fun facts about the site's. She was attentative and very fun to conversation with.

Mihoko was a delight from the beginning, she was easy to communicate with while making our plans for the tour. She was prompt meeting us and was a wonderful guide because she was very knowledgeable about Kochi. She was accommodating when we kept changing our plans. We were a group of six people and we all give her 5 stars. Thank you Mihoko for a great day.

One of the best highlights of my trip! If you’ve ever wanted to drive a high speed go kart through public streets this is for you! Hiro made sure you were safe on the roads and that you have a good time. It was also nice to see children and grown men look at you with envy. Do not miss this tour if coming to Okinawa!
