What are people saying about Hokkaido

Convenient service to see Hokkaido
Our family made multiple bookings with this service. All very pleasant and smooth experiences. Hokkaido is beautiful with many sites spread across the island. Good planning goes a long way. Megumi suggested helpful ideas for trip plans that made the most of our tour time. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Yuki took good care of us to sightsee Hokkaido. Made the tours comfortable and enjoyable, especially for my mom in her 80s. Always on time and never felt rushed.

Great Sapporo food tour
We had a great time with Tsoru as our guide. He brought a great energy to the night. We went into some restaurants that we would have never have accessed as tourists. We learned about both Japanese and native Hokkaido cuisine as well. He was also able to adjust the tour for our kids, showing us a fun place to go for sweets that the children in the area go to as well after school. We had more than enough to eat and drink as well.

Fantastic small-group food tour
We had a fantastic time on this food tour. It was just the two of us plus one other guest, which made it feel really personal and relaxed. There was lots of great food and drinks throughout the tour, and the conversation was just as enjoyable as the stops themselves.
Hide was a wonderful guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience feel fun and memorable. Highly recommend this tour!

Emilio was a wonderful...
Emilio was a wonderful guide! He customized our tour to fit our personalities and age. Being older we skipped some of the traditional sites and saw more intimate locations and got more of a better sense of life in Sapporo. Walking through the forests and eating the buckwheat treats was so special. Many thanks to Emilio!

Fantastic Day and excellent tour
This private tour was excellent. Our driver & guide “Tomi” was welcoming and professional. Although his English was limited, we communicated well with language translation software on our cell phones. All the places on the tour were beautiful and worth stopping for scenic photos. We had lunch at a recommended Japanese restaurant; the seafood and vegetable tempura were delicious. We definitely recommend this tour!

Entertaining and educational
Educational, fun, and surprisingly entertaining! The sumo experience was a great mix of culture and humor, and we learned a lot about the traditions behind the sport. The audience participation made it even more enjoyable—getting people involved kept the energy high and added lots of laughs. Definitely a memorable experience and worth doing!

Wow!
This was a wonderful tour. Yumi was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and attentive. The hike up to Mt. Hakodate was beautiful and educational. We were able to see a lot of the flowers that were in bloom. The view from the top is breathtaking.
The cherry blossoms at the fort were beautiful. We were blessed with great weather and peak blooms. We were in awe.
Then Yumi led us to a traditional lunch at the market.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable, peaceful, easy paced tour that all four of us thoroughly enjoyed.

Nice tour away from city
Friendly tour guide, even though he need to use Google Translate to communicate with us. But it worked out just fine. Nice drive to see all the famous places around Biei and Furano. The blue pond is beautiful. No crowds in April, but the fields are just dirt. There still some snow on the mountains so not too bad. Just no blooms. Visit in June till November offers more green and flowers or winter in February and March for snow. But will be expensive and crowds.

Add this to your itinerary!
One of the best experiences on our trip to Hokkaido! The owners were extremely hospitable, friendly, and kind. The instruction to make the soba was thorough yet simple, filled with the history of soba in Japanese culture. It’s an incredible joy to eat the soba you prepared in their cozy restaurant along with some delicious tempura. Highly recommend this experience, guaranteed to be a pleasant surprise and a time to remember.

This was a great time!...
This was a great time! The restaurant is just a short walk from the train station, so it is easy to reach. Get ready for a workout! Anybody that has worked in a kitchen for even a little while knows that working dough is tough to do. Taku-san took his time to explain the differences between the soba that they serve and the soba found elsewhere, and he patiently demonstrates the techniques used to create delicious soba. I would definitely recommend this to anybody traveling to Sapporo!

Unique and fun experience in Japan
This is a lovely experience with my spouse. We left our children at the hotel nearby but I think they would have enjoyed the experience. I left with my hands a little sore as having picked a wood that required some force to shape. From shaping, to sanding, and packaging it was a fun experience! Something that is unique and will capture a great memory from Japan.

Great experience, must go on this tour to hit all the spots that are hard to get to.
The company was very helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking; moreover, seeing that we spoke English, they paired us with an English-speaking driver.
Our driver, Andrew, was the best. He was attentive and patient; his customer service skills are A++. He was great at communicating arrival times throughout the day, being an entertaining encyclopedia of fun facts, and providing tips on both local and external destinations. When we accidentally left some stuff in the car, he was kind enough to drop it off at our hotel the next day.
The company also has taxi services if you need it! They deserve good business.
