Top Italy Wellness Classes in 2026

Take your shoes off, feel the grass under your feet and let the Salento countryside become your gym. This is pilates as it was never meant to be done indoors — a barefoot session led by a professional instructor in the open fields of a certified organic masseria, using natural props like watermelon and melon as part of the workout. The setting is Masseria Stali in Caprarica di Lecce, a fully solar-powered estate where the connection between body and land is not a concept — it's the whole point. The session ends with a tasting of fresh fruit and cold-pressed juices. Come as you are. Leave lighter.
