Our trip was well worth it and it was amazing to visit this incredible historical site. We were picked up from our resort which was so convenient and our tour guide, Rafael, was so knowledgeable and charismatic. We learned so much! And Eleazar our driver was very safe and efficient.

This is a great deal on a great trip. It was really really hot in July. Carmen and Rodrigo always had cold water for us at every stop. We went to Chichan itza, hubiku cenote, and ekbalam ruins. The cenote was one of the most beautiful things I have seen. Rodrigo was an amazing driver who agreed to drop us off with other guests as opposed to our hotel. Carmen was an amazing guide. She had to do a bilingual tour which was challenging for everybody, but she did it seamlessly. The sites are worth seeing, these two guides are worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend this trip.

I loved the tour and give it 10/10. The crew was nice and accommodating and they spoke great English which was definitely appreciated. The buffet and drinks included were delicious also. Great hospitality everywhere. The photographer took excellent pictures. However, be mindful that the pictures are very expensive. That’s my only complaint. You can’t take your own pics so if you want to capture the moment, you will have to pay the expensive price, which I did. I think they know how badly people will want to have the memories from their trip and that’s the only way to have them. It is very unfair pricing seeing the excursion itself is already pricey. I paid it because it was a different experience that isn’t done everywhere so I ate the cost but I definitely would have felt better had the price not been so expensive. I did read previous reviews that said the pics were expensive so I expected it but I didn’t expect it to be what it actually was. I will state price so the next person can be prepared what is expensive when stated. They charge $50 for 1 image, $250 for 10 images, and $300 for all images and videos. Like I said, it’s great footage and well done with clear, high resolution and professional quality. We had 171 images and 5 videos that we received. I say, only about 10-15 pics we weren’t fans of. I guess $300 is the amount of a professional photoshoot so I guess that’s how they justify the cost.
