⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 AMAZING EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everything about this excursion was absolutely AMAZING! From the tequila tasting to ATV riding, ziplining, and the cenote, we had such an unforgettable experience! The tour guides were incredible, super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to the VIP package if you want the best possible experience. It was definitely worth it! The tequila tasting was one of my favorite parts because we learned so much, and the entire experience was both fun and educational. The staff was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect! You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone enjoys themselves. If you’re thinking about booking this excursion, DO IT! You will not regret it! I would absolutely do it again! ❤️

Very good experience. Overall very happy and our guide David was awesome. Pick up from the resort was on time, although after paying for our excursion we were told to pay an additional 20 USD for transport. So be prepared for that. 3 zip lines. Very safe. Very fast. ATVs were good and operated perfect. Cenotes were the best part! Zip lines into the water and a cliff jump section (45 feet). Tequila tasting was 5 shots. Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, Coconut, Coffee. It was in a little room with no AC so honestly, pretty darn uncomfortable. But delicious. They do try to sell you photos ($79) but we brought a GoPro on the ATVs and you CAN bring your phones to the cenotes which was awesome. Lunch was two fish tacos that were honestly a 2/10 but hey, free food. Other snacks can be purchased as well. No water bottles provided, only very small paper cups which you are allowed one of. Fire show was cool. Overall, as advertised. Fun for all ages.

The experience with GVC was great. The communication was very good. They communicated through WhatsApp as well as the Viator app. We got clear instruction on what to expect upon arrival at Cancun airport. The driver reached to us when the flight just landed. It took about an hour for our luggage to come out. The driver waited for us and checked on us periodically. The departure pickup time was set 3 hours before departure time plus estimated travel time from hotel to airport. So, it was a little overkill. But it is ok. You don't want to miss your flight. The pickup was smooth too. The driver arrived on time. Since our scheduled pickup time was outside of GVC office hour, we were provided with emergency contact for any assistance we might need. That made us feel very safe and secure. We would recommend this service.
