Great tour and tour company
The transportation was on time, well air conditioned and relatively comfortable,. The guide and driver were extremely courteous and took great cars of our group of 12. The guide, Cory, was terrific! It was an exceptionally hot day, and made every effort to help us get through it. Highly recommend!

Wonderful day in Chichen Itza AND Ek Balam and Hubiku
We chose this trip because it included Ek Balam as well as Chichen Itza, and it was so worth it for us! We had the fortune of having Marcella and Edgar as our guides for a small group of 6. Edgar kept the ride smooth and comfortable, and he always had ice cold water to share, no matter how many we needed and when. He also kept the van very neat and tidy it up at stops. Marcella shared lots of information on the guided tours of each spot. She was energetic and friendly, and took us through many places, perfectly bilingual in both Spanish and English. It's a very nicely sized group. I'm actually on the introverted side, but the size of the group made it easier to connect with other folks on the tour! In the free time slots, we were able to take photos for one another (although, Marcella is very good at photoshoots, and she even got down flat on the ground to get the best shots for one of our tour members). The stops themselves are great. Chichen Itza is crowded but for good reason. Ek Balam and the Hubiku cenote were actually very quiet when we went (Monday late April). And it was in ways more enjoyable, an older ruin and a refreshing quiet cenote with lots of little fish that will come to you if you sit still. I would only caution that it can be a very hot day! And to remember to bring pesos for the entry fee. That said, I would still recommend this tour, and I feel that it's one of the better ones we've been on throughout our travels, even outside of Mexico.

A great class for beginners
This was such a fun and unique excursion. Everything from visiting the market to the hands on cooking, it was well structured, fun, and I learned a lot. I guides were fun, polite and knowledge. This was a great class for beginner cooks into the Mexican cuisine.

Excellent trip, exactly...
Excellent trip, exactly as advertised with no hidden fees. Perfect if you just want to see Chichen Itza without additional stops in Cenotes/Valladolid/Gift shops. Van was comfortable (14 people) and even as first pick up at 6:20 route felt quick. It was also very clear pick up was 6am not 9am as other reviews say. Stop en route at a public free bathroom was offered there and back. We were not staying in a resort and were able to easily arrange pick up from outside a hotel nearby our Airbnb using the chat function on Viator. We were the last drop off at 3:10pm. Vegetarian sandwich lunch provided. My partner is vegan and had the crisps, fruit, and drinks provided and brought sandwiches for lunch on journey home. Tour was informative and given in English. Clear communication from the guide about pick up and meeting points. Getting there early was a positive as it was cooler and quieter. Guided tour was 1 hr 20, and then had 50 minutes free time which felt enough time to see it all and take pictures.
