Great tour!

This charter to the horseshoe Falls of Niagara was awesome! Our tour guide Val was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and had a great personality! She was very informed of the river and Falls and of the surrounding area in city. While walking from the Falls to the visitor center, she cave additional information concerning the area. The history lesson she told were informative and entertaining. I would recommend paying a little extra and doing the upgraded tour where we were able to be in the front of the boat. We had a lot of room to move around and we’re not cramped in the area that we were given.

Excellent Tour

Excellent tour not to be missed. Our driver/guide Jason arrived on time in a clean and comfortable bus. Jason had a good sense of humour and gave us lots of information and facts about the places we were visiting. Highlight was seeing a Black baby bear- Amazing. Highly recommend.

Great fun packed day

Great experience, needs a whole day. Harun was a great guide / driver. So much packed in to the day from Maple Syrup tasting to behind the falls, the boat and just seeing the falls. We skipped the tower but those who went enjoyed it. It is a whole day so don’t book anywhere else on the same day!

A Fun Time for All Ages; Be Sure to Confirm if You're Using the Free Shuttle

The suspension bridge, cliffwalk and treetops adventure were fun to experience. Even though it was late afternoon in mid-October, there were a lot of people visiting. I can’t imagine how crowded it must be in the summer. Many people stop halfway across the bridges and walkways to take photos, so pack your patience with you. I gave the bridge 5 stars, but the free shuttle service was confusing. We didn’t realize that we could have driven ourselves to the bridge. The pick-up location at the Hyatt was not obvious nor listed in the Viator activity information. We talked to one couple who had been at the correct pick-up location at the Hyatt for an hour. Only after I called the bridge staff did we learn that the last pick-up had been at 3:35 p.m., even though the bridge website said otherwise and the confirmation said pickup would begin at 3:45. All that aside, once we arrived at the bridge, we had a great time.

The Best Part of our Vancouver Trip!

I wasn’t expecting to see much on the tour and boy was I wrong! The crew of Anthony, Stephen, Ashley, Jake and Wilma ensured that we safely and comfortably saw whales and other wildlife. I’ve been whale watching in Monterey Bay, California, and this was a far better and more exciting experience. The best part was when two humpback whales swam up to the boat and investigated us for about 20 minutes. Because we were told that we would receive free photos after the tour, we could spend our time enjoying the wildlife rather than taking a bunch of pictures. I highly recommend this tour!

Great Tour Expereince

Melvin was absolutely amazing! He made our Niagara tour such a great experience from start to finish. He knew exactly where to take us, what was worth seeing, and how to make the most of our time without ever making the day feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he really knew the area well, and he gave us great recommendations throughout the day. Everything felt smooth and well planned, which made it so much easier for us to just enjoy the experience. What stood out the most was how attentive and helpful he was. Our experience with Val was great. She is very organized. The process for boarding the boat and behind the falls was very smooth. Val is very passionate about what she does and it shows and made it that much more fun. She gave us great tips on how and where to get the best view due to the time of day and sun. Worth the money!

The gondola ride in Banff was absolutely amazing and worth every penny! The views were incredible, with breathtaking scenery in every direction. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. What made the experience even better was the staff. The people inside were very friendly and took the time to educate us about the bears and other local wildlife, which made the experience even more interesting. The staff members helping everyone load into the gondolas were also super nice, welcoming, and helpful. Between the spectacular views and the outstanding customer service, this experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend the Banff Gondola to anyone visiting the area.
