Your full-day trip to Niagara Falls begins bright and early in Toronto. Meet your climate-controlled coach right in the city center and embark on the scenic Niagara Parkway; with round-trip transit included, you don’t have to worry about finding your own way to the natural wonder.
Upon arrival in Niagara Falls, your itinerary is up to you. This tour is ideal for independent travelers, and gives you the freedom to see only the sights that interest you most. Admire the falls, visit local landmarks like the Floral Clock and Niagara Whirlpool, and stop for a lunch break (own expense).
Three hours is enough time that you can even upgrade to visit the top sights. If you're in town during the summer season, opt to board an iconic Hornblower Cruise to get right up close to the falls. You can also purchase tickets to the Skylon Tower, which offer some of the best views of the scenery.

First I would like to highlight that Mr Ralph was very nice, he was our driver and guide. Though I didnt know the procedure, I was walking beside him and he told me to go for the boat Cruise, and I followed the bus membres. Down at the entrance they asked for my ticket and I was really thinking that Viator had paid for the group or sthg like this. Instead I did not get my ticket, I admit I should have asked but still it was not my responsibility to check if everyone got their tickets or not, thats the minimum to expect from a tourist service company!! So I went back to look for Ralph and take my ticket but he already left. I had to pay for an extra ticket to be able to go on the boat Cruise!!! Thus, I would like to request a refund for the boat the Cruise. No one contacted me yet.

Hi Ines. There is 2 sides to every story. I spoke to Ralph and this is what actually happened. As half of the people on the tour have the boat ride included as a package with their tour and half don't have the boat ride included there is a system we have in place to keep track of who has the boat included. When you board bus in the morning the driver Ralph checked your name on our manifest and gave you a laminated piece of paper which had these exact words written on it and nothing else written on it.
"Hornblower token. Please note this is NOT your ticket to get onto the boat. You will exchange this token for your ticket with your driver when you get to Niagara Falls"
When the bus got to Niagara Falls Ralph picked up the actual Hornblower tickets (which are valid for only one day) and he explained to everyone twice (once on the PA system on the bus on the way to Niagara Falls and a 2nd time when you got to Niagara Falls that he was going to collect the hornblower tokens from everyone and hand out the Hornblower tickets.
We have been using this system for 3 years without any issues. The token which you thought was a ticket was a piece of paper that was laminated with the words in big letters "This is NOT your Hornblower ticket" and the word NOT was in capital letters. And it clearly said you needed to exchange the token for a ticket.
When Ralph handed out the tickets he noticed there was one extra ticket left over (your ticket). This ticket is non refundable and only valid for one day so we had paid for the ticket for you and couldn't get a refund on that ticket from Hornblower. Hornblower do not give refunds
Ralph phoned me and explained what happened. I immediately phoned you and you didn't answer your phone. We tried to contact you.
We take great pride in ensuring all our customers are happy with their tour experience. Even though we do not get refunded for the unused ticket we are in the process of refunding you for the ticket

My friend and I are visiting Toronto for the first time and definitely wanted to visit Niagara Falls for the beautiful views. Mel was a wonderful guide who is very knowledgeable about the local areas and history. We were able to explore a variety of the area in a timely matter, and the Maid of the Mist add-on was so worth it. We also enjoyed the additional time as we were able to grab drinks/food nearby before departing. Definitely a great experience I would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto! 10/10

I booked this tour for my solo excursion in Toronto and I had a great time listening to our tour guide Ralph’s insights and knowledge on our tour stops and getting to mingle the many different people on the tour with me. I also took the boat tour in Niagara Falls and I am happy to have done that instead of not. It was an exciting and beautiful occasion to get soaked by the waters and marvel at this space.

An amazing, must-do experience in Toronto. The falls were incredible and we had plenty of time to explore them. Mel was a very knowledgeable tour guide + driver, and had the driest sense of humour, he was incredibly funny. This was very reasonably priced and one of the best tours we have ever done, and we have travelled a lot!

A bit disappointing. The stops on the way to the Falls didn’t really add to the tour for me. The whirlpool stop was a non event. We had about five minutes to get off the bus and take a picture. There was no option to have time to enter the attraction to get a proper view. All very rushed. Once at the Falls it was fine as we were left to experience the Falls on our own. In hindsight I would have travelled there on the train from Toronto.

Sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. Most of our guests find the short photo stops (whirlpool rapid viewpoint, floral clock, maple syrup tasting) on the way to Niagara falls very worthwhile.
Travelling to Niagara Falls on the train is not as simple as it sounds. Often you have to transfer in Burlington from the train onto a bus to go the rest of the way which can be time consuming and confusing

This was a great trip from Toronto. Mel was our tour guide and he is one of the best! You are lucky if you can get him! The trip was affordable, relaxing, and fun. You can add on extra things when you have free time at the falls. You also get to try some maple syrup, which was so good! I highly recommend.

Great tour-guide Micko was informative and friendly. Only complaint was wished we were told to get coffee first before shopping at the Maple place. You make the coffee yourself from a machine and it takes awhile.

Had a very nice time on this tour! Great informational facts shared by the driver and all of the stops were so fun! The time we had at the falls was the perfect amount and I never felt rushed! Would recommend to solo travelers or those who don’t have a car while in Toronto!

My spouse and I were visiting Toronto and always wanted to see the Falls. It was so nice not having to worry about traffic, parking, etc. Mel seemed like a lovely man and had all of the historical knowledge down pat. Enjoyed the maple tasting / tourism stop, Skylon stop, and half a few hours of leisure time to roam around. Would recommend!

It was an amazing experience! I traveled with my 3-year-old daughter and my mother, and the tour was very family-friendly. Our tour guide was incredibly kind and approachable, and even gave my daughter a teddy bear, which became one of the highlights of our trip. We were also given plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the beauty of Niagara Falls at our own pace. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and highly recommended experience!

Mel (Melvin) was really great as our tour guide and driver. He's very informative too! We enjoyed all the information about the history of Toronto, Niagara Falls, and surrounding places.
We felt safe in his driving and the timing of visiting places was just enough to be able to experience some activities / do sightseeing.
I am very satisfied that we booked this tour (via Aviator app) instead of going to Niagara via train. 100% would recommend!
