An Unforgettable Cave Tubing Adventure with Manuel in Belize!

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our Cave Tubing and Lunch Excursion with Manuel in Belize! Belize had experienced a full week of rain before our arrival, which meant the river was extremely high and the current was very strong. Despite these challenging conditions, Manuel did an incredible job guiding us safely across the river, through the caves, and down the river to our exit point. Manuel even shared that this was the most challenging tour he had ever had to lead because of the river conditions, which made us appreciate his expertise, confidence, and dedication even more. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire adventure. What stood out most was how he treated us like his own family. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern for our safety meant the world to us, especially under such difficult circumstances. We are immensely grateful for everything he did to make this excursion a memorable experience. Day of snorkeling

We had a great time! We visited Caye Caulker during the rainy season and boy did it rain. The night before our excursion it poured. We were set to meet at the eco life office at 9AM and we emailed the office to make sure we were still on. Received a prompt message that it was still a go. We were sized up for flippers and given a safety briefing and headed out. We were taken to several different snorkeling spots, each known for their normal spotting of different wildlife. Gaza and Keyes were great, they were helpful getting in and out of the water and helped identify different species of fish and such. I poured most of the day, but we had a great time. Highly recommend. Bring a wet bag or the like and have dry clothes to change into.

If you want the best experience please request Josh for the driver and George for the cave tubing 10/10 experience, I’ve never had this much fun on a tour in my life. Also, Kelvin for the zip lining was very fun and informative to a new zip liner also, 10/10 would recommend for anyone of any age

Totally recommend

This was soooo fun!! My wife and I are not very outdoor adventurers but this was just right. Pushed us out of our comfort zone. The cave tubing was amazing. It also started pouring rain out of no where as we took the walk to the beginning of the cave. It was definitely a cool experience. Our guide Peter is phenomenal. He was a great driver, very knowledgeable, and never left any of us behind. He was very helpful. We went to the zip line next and Kelvin and Luis were also very nice. Super talented and explained everything and also made sure we were safe. Peter also had a tamale and water ready for us after the zip line. Thank you so very much Peter, Luis, and Kelvin for making this adventure safe and fun!!! I BELIZE-IT!! :)

You see everything

We got to see it all! We saw a manatee, several turtles, sting rays, a ton of different fish and a bunch of sharks. The guides were great, super helpful. I was nervous about the sharks but they helped me become comfortable enough to go in and I'm so glad I did! The only downside to the tour was the sargassum but that's just the carribean at this time of year. Overall this excursion was the highlight of our san pedro trip and I highly recommend it!

This was a great adventurous way to get into the history/culture of ancient maya civilization. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Good tour

Very good experience. It was just the two of us, so it ended up being a private tour. The guide, who was also the driver, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions and took pictures of us as well. The place is definitely worth the visit, although it is less impressive than Tikal (in Flores, Guatemala).

The Perfect Birthday Adventure — Sharks, Stingrays & Turtles! 🦈🐢

Our original time was pushed back to 1:30 PM, which actually ended up working perfectly because travel delays kept us from arriving in San Pedro until that morning. Our guide/driver Kyle was AMAZING—very informative, professional, fun, and just made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Highly recommend him! Both of our guides were great and made sure we had plenty of time in the water without ever feeling rushed. I'm a novice swimmer, and this was my first time really snorkeling with Elon. They made the experience comfortable enough that I could actually relax, learn, and enjoy everything around us. And what an experience it was! We literally swam with SHARKS, STINGRAYS, AND TURTLES! 🦈🐢 A first for BOTH of us. We saw sea urchins, anemones, beautiful fish and so much marine life that at one point it felt like we had jumped into the Finding Nemo class from the movie. 😂 They also provided complimentary fresh fruit, drinks, and water, which was a nice touch after spending so much time snorkeling. More than anything, this was an experience we got to share together for the first time on Elon's birthday. Between the crew, the snorkeling, the marine life and just being out there together, it turned into the perfect birthday day. Thank you Ridge & Reef Adventures and especially Kyle for helping make Elon's 36th birthday in Belize so special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We were lucky and got a private tour with Danny. They will pick you up from your Airbnb if you need them to and drive you to the Guatemala border. Crossing the border on foot was so fun! We saw a howler/spider monkey turf war within 10 minutes of entering the park. Tikal is HUGE and so interesting to tour. Would definitely go again.

Real deal pyramid excursion!

Ian and Julian were amazing. So about an hr drive to the country side. Then an exciting 1 hr ride on a boat up river. Then you emerge in the jungle to a dock and explore 3 pyramids and some other structures. Saw some howler monkeys and ate some real deal Belizean food buffet style. Then back on the boat for a jungle cruise and drive home. My wife and I had an incredible time and would recommend this trip. The staff was so friendly, told us about the local culture and were very informative about the ruins. Don't pass on this trip. It is a blast!

Best part of Belize trip

This was the best part of our whole trip to Belize! Giovanni was punctual and knowledgeable. He is also an amazing cook— our lunch on the pontoon was delicious! We enjoyed starting our day at the Mayan ruins before heading to the pontoons on the river. The whole day was more beautiful than we could have imagined! We enjoyed our time so much that we added on a sunset horseback ride with Roberto at their family’s property in the jungle. Wish we could relive this day again!!!
