Our guides were absolutely amazing very attentive and were phenomenal with all age groups that attended! I highly recommend this tour. We got to see so many species in such a short amount of time it was memorable. Chinky and Henri. Highly educated and skilled navigators could not ask for a better team! You don’t want to miss this tour.

While we signed up through Viator with Nauti, since we were the only ones signed up, Nauti set us up to go with Black Hawk. Al and EJ were awesome. We did 6 stops plus lunch- saw so much in 4.5 hours. We fed the tarpons, snorkeled with a manatee, snorkeled with the sharks and manatee, were led on a snorkeling tour at Ho Chan, snorkeled more independently at Coral Gardens and at the shipwreck. They were informative and attentive, but not over the top, which we appreciated. Lunch was good- rice and beans with chicken- and the fruit (and rum punch) at the end was delicious. We can’t wait to get the Go pro pics!

Perfect amount of time! The crew was fantastic! Make sure to get Brian and Carlos. You’re on a speed boat, no bathroom, fyi. You should be a decent swimmer, but if not they take care of you by offering a life vest. Do not skip swimming with the sharks. Incredible!!

This was our first time snorkeling and the tour guides made sure we were comfortable and safe! Janellie, Brian, and KJ were so kind and made sure to point out many fish that we would have missed otherwise. I'd highly recommend this tour!

Very great experience . The tour guide was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the island and snorkel hotspots . Feeding the terrafins was so cool and watch out for the manatees and sting rays..

The tour guides took time to explain the history and features of each snorkeling spot. The information they provided was very informative. The guides were very focused on our safety and enjoyment while conveying the importance of respecting the barrier reef and the creatures that live there. The guides took the time to assist the more aged (me) among the group to get the proper snorkeling gear and know how to use it. They also assisted each individual with exiting the boat to snorkel and get back onto the boat. I recommend this company to you without any reservations whatsoever.

Captain Randy and his crew were phenomenal. We saw amazing coral and beautiful fish and got to swim with the sharks. The crew were entertaining and made us feel very safe. Would highly recommend this tour.

The staff was very helpful, fun and funny. They lunch was great and loved the fruit. The staff explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Brian and Jo made the trip so awesome and safe. I wish we got more pictures but we had a blast.

This snorkeling tour was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and so much fun. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
We saw an incredible variety of marine life — colorful fish, coral reefs, stingrays, and even a few surprises. The water was crystal clear, and the gear was clean and in great condition, the food and drinks were amazing as well.
Shoutout to our guide, who managed to keep us all laughing between snorkel stops with some perfectly timed jokes — definitely added to the experience! It’s not every day you learn about ocean life and get a stand-up set on the boat.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced snorkeler, this tour is a must. It was beautiful, exciting, relaxing, and just the right amount of silly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat — maybe with a waterproof camera next time!

Fed birds and tarpon, then tried to find manatees. Sadly the crew didn’t look too long for them to keep us on schedule. Water was a bit choppy and sky was overcast - we are good swimmers but it was still demanding to swim back to the boat. We swam a lot and pretty far. I definitely recommend wearing a life jacket to support you. Saw spotted rays and many fish. We stopped to swim with the sharks for quite a awhile. The stop with the submerged boat wasn’t up to much. Lunch served was good. Guide got great videos!

Multiple stop snorkeling tour. Saw varied species of sharks, fish, and other aquatic life and the captain + first mate were extremely knowledgeable about every single thing in the water. Fun day!

I had a great time snorkeling multiple spots. I saw a manatee, sea turtle, nurse sharks, and sting rays along the many tropical fish and corals. The tour captain Jason and guide Janellie were very kind and knowledgeable. Lunch on the boat waa yummy. I would recommend this tour.

The captain and guides did a good job. Had we known there were eco-friendly alternatives, we would have booked one of those. Several of the boat stops only saw sea life because they are constantly fed by humans.

The team were amazing you get to see a lot of marine life and live coral on this trip with at least four stops to snorkel. I get very boat sick and forgot my sickness tablet but it was ok until the last stop where the water was choppy so definitely have a tablet of you get sick. This did not spoil an amazing trip! Well done to all the crew who really looked after me and the rest of the group. Nothing was too much trouble and they came to help in the water if needed. The lunch, fruit and drink were nice too.

10/10!! Matter fact 100/10. This was such an exhilarating and exciting experience. I’m so happy I found this tour group - Joseph and Freddy were amazing tour guides, funny and very helpful! Also the lunch was delicious, would definitely recommend this to anyone. Never thought I would say I got to swim with sharks! We seen a barracuda, sea turtle, seahorse, and I got to hold a stingray under water!

Tour guides were great. The food for lunch was wonderful. This was our first time snorkeling and they really made us feel comfortable. I wish we could have seen more but that’s out of the guides hands. They really worked to give us the best experience.

I would give this a zero if I could. I was assured by the Viator rep that we could get from the cruise ship to the meeting point in time. We disembarked and went straight to the boat that took you to the meeting point. The boat was pulling out and they said no other boats would be going out that day! We got NOTHING for our money and were told we would not get a full refund! I am very disappointed with Viator!

Small operation. Very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly guides (Randy and Yeison). We went to 5 or 6 different dive spots. Be prepared to be exposed to the sun for long periods. This excursion was a good value for $120 USD.

This tour was great. It was my first time snorkeling and the tour guides were great. We had four Jose, Jason, Brandon and Jenneli. It was a pleasure having them as guides as they were well versed in the ocean facts! The food they offered was delicious and also offered some drinks. This was a great tour , deff take it with this tour group!

Great trip with 3 great tour guides. We were able to make at least 4-5 stops for amazing snorkeling opportunities. Our guides made the effort to look for manatees and were able to offer us great stopping points for views and other sea animal viewing opportunities. Great trip! Would highly recommend !

This was by far my favorite snorkel tour I went on! Randy was so great and professional handling bookings and even found me a new group when mine canceled last minute. Joe was a wonderful guide and very informative! He made sure everyone was safe and enjoying their time! It was so great I booked it again for the next day! Great crew and great snorkel!
