Beautiful Ketchikan
Great customer service. Clean facilities, clean Rain gear. We had a beautiful, sunny day. Beautiful country! Saw lots of Starfish, and even held a big purple one. Also had a harbour seal following us for a while. He kept poking his head up. So cute.

The weather was horrible but everyone made the best of it & enjoyed. Lots of wildlife spotted, we saw numerous kinds of birds, killer whales then humpback whales, sea lions, starfish, seals, mountain goats & otters! The captain was entertaining and knowledgeable, the crew were all professional and friendly. Thanks for a Great (wet) day!!

Everything about the...
Everything about the excursion was great from beginning to end. Check in details were very clear, check in staff were friendly, bus drivers/transport staff all nice the crew in the ship were wonderful as well. 5 hrs was a great time for this tour. We originally had 3hrs with another tour which wouldn’t have been enough time to take pictures of both the glacier and waterfall with the hikes. Glad we found this one and canceled the other tour. This was a wonderful day and we were excited to see 2 whales during our tour!

Wonderful Whale Watching
Great tour. Knowledgeable guides and good captain. The boat was a nice double decker with large viewing windows and access to the open air decks. We saw a family of Orcas and several humpbacks. Stopped briefly for pictures with the Mendenhall glacier.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

No trip to the Last Frontier is complete without seeing some incredible wildlife. Alaska whale-watching tours depart from all of the state’s major port cities—including Juneau, Seward, and Icy Strait Point (Hoonah)—and vessels make it easy for cruise ship passengers to arrive on time for these exciting excursions. See humpback whales, orcas, and other wildlife up close during their annual migration, and marvel at their unique tail flukes as they dive near your boat. Plus, on-board naturalists offer interesting context.
