Great tour to see the Oregon coast!
I booked this tour at the last minute instead of spending the day at Cannon Beach and I’m glad I did. Michael was the guide and he was so attentive in creating a personalized experience for everyone. He shared a lot of information about each site and was prompt. I would definitely recommend him and this tour to anyone!

What doesn’t Aaron know? Definitely a short list.
This costal trip was absolutely breathtaking. What was even more breathtaking? Our guide, Aaron. He was more than a guide, he was an encyclopedia of trees, plants, geography, history, but most notable..his restaurant recommendations. We knew that Aaron would know the answer to anything and everything while we wandered through beautiful forests with absolute beasts of trees, visited the shore line of the pacific, while walking to the Haystack and searching for Puffins, seeing starfish, and riding in the van to and from. I cannot recommend this tour enough. 10/10 would go again and come with a prepared list of questions in an attempt to stump Aaron.

Please take this tour
Fantastic tour. Nicole and Jim were so knowledgeable about history of Oregon. They gave great restaurant suggestions, showed us best views of waterfalls, mountains, rock formation, what and where we should look when we stopped. The full day tour was a great pace. We were given ample time at every stop. We never felt rushed nor bored at any location. Questions were encouraged and answered promptly So happy we chose this tour. We would highly recommend this tour and hope you get Nicole and Jim

Wonderful experience, highly recommended
All 4 of us had a great time. Captain Nate was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable about geology, ecology, wildlife, and local history. The falls are beautiful and powerful in the spring. We saw sea lions bobbing in the rapids, looking for fish. Captain Nate was very nice and kept our 6 year old grandson interested and captivated by the things around us. It was a little windy, cloudy, and in the 50’s, but we were very comfortable with the heated blankets Captain Nate provided! One grandma had lived in Portland most of her life, and this was a great new expedience for her, too. We look forward to doing this again with other family members that missed out this time.

Most of Oregon is a giant outdoor playground, from the Pacific Ocean beaches (100 percent of which are public) to the mountains of the Cascade Range and the high desert in the eastern part of the state. There are Oregon tours that highlight all of these wonders—and more. Even from a base in metropolitan Portland, full-day excursions let you explore the Columbia River Gorge, visit the coast, or hike up the state’s tallest mountain. Between outdoor activities, you can also go wine or beer tasting and sample some of Oregon’s best eats.
