The minimum age to become a driver is 10 years old. If your child feels uncomfortable to be a driver, we will offer you a 2-seater electric scooter, so he/she can ride on the back seat (also stacked for 7-8 year old).
If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field.
In case of light rain (up to 1 mm per hour), proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
Infant seats available free of extra charge for Live Guided tours but on self-guided (GPS) tours it cost 20 euro for the whole tour duration.
Not recommended for people with limited mobility
Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.

Riding an electric scooter in Prague was an incredible experience! It was fun, convenient, and a great way to explore the city. I loved the freedom it gave me to stop and enjoy the views. I highly recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to do it again!

We booked an e- scooter forSept 11 at 5:30 . They texted and because of weather changed the time to 3 . When we got there they didn’t have any e scooters but offered a bicycle or three wheel motorcycle . After a very brief trial we did not feel comfortable . Our guide was very nice and said we would get a refund . . The company said I would need to contact Viator . I have done so but no response . The cost was $167.84 voucher number 1179719059 booking reference 1179819059 . I am a user of Viator and recommend them often on trips . If

Hello Linda Miller, It was a rain at 5:30 so we offered you start at 15:00. You did try to drive escooters but both of you were not able to drive it safely. Than my colleague offered you alternatively eBikes and Trike, maybe it will be more comfortable for you. You started scandaling there, telling that you can go on escooters. However in a safety reasons (not just your safety but for the safety other people around you) we can't allow you to go on the tour, and offered a cancellation with a full refund. Our manager told you that a refund is possible only by the same way as the booking has been done - only by viator but not in cash from the cash desk. Maybe its your lifestyle in your 80th ages?
