An absolutely wonderful and informative tour with a delightful tour guide. I’m not sure you could ask her a question she couldn’t answer. The castle complex and the church were all stunning. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The description is a little misleading. There is a *lot* of walking, some of it up a long, steep hill. A lengthy introduction to the tour and all the walking meant we didn’t even reach the Prague Castle for a more than an hour. I thought we would be going from castle to basilica to the other sites with only walking in between. That was not the case.

Michael was very entertaining and knowledgeable. At 2.5 hours this was a long tour. We also had an older couple who had to pull out early as they could not handle the walking required so be prepared. There is a lot of information shared in this tour and probably too much to keep my attention at all times. Worth doing

Well worth it. Our guide Misha was brilliant, explained everything nicely and was a delight. The Castle, Cathedral and other buildings were otherworldly. 10000% recommend and you would be lucky to have Misha as your guide!

While the scenery was amazing, our guide was horrendous. She did not speak English very well and her accent was too challenging to understand. We could not hear nor understand her. She paused too often when describing something, could not answer questions, stammered a lot, and she was way over the time allotted for the bridge and would not speak loud enough for the group of 15 to hear. She would walk away and lost the group. More than half of us abandoned her at the castle. If there was a lower rating, she would get it. Our 2.5 hour tour took over 3 hours. We stayed hoping it would get better. We should have left with the others earlier.

Our guide Steven, was amazing! Not only knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Prague’s history, but also incredibly witty and entertaining. He kept things running smoothly and did a great job keeping everyone together on the tram ride, even when the ticket inspectors came by. We were not only able to see the stunning interiors of the cathedral, but also learn the history behind it as well. At times, our group size felt a little large, about 25 people, but overall this is a wonderful tour! Thank you, Steven!

Excellent tour. Our tour guide was brilliant, very informative. 2.5 hours seems short but we covered a lot. There was a lot of walking which was fine for us but others might need to be aware.

Really good tour. Started at the Charles Bridge and then took a tram up to Prague Castle and Cathedral. Our guide, David, was very good, spoke excellent English. David gave a brief history Prague and Czech Republic to put everything into context. The castle and cathedral complex is like a mini town. The stain glass windows in the cathedral are amazing. As the cathedral took centuries to build the windows reflect the stages of its development. The tour was very good, David guided our group with ease and answered all questions that were asked. I would recommend a tour with this company.

Anyone wondering if this experience is worth the money, should not worry….book it!
Our tour guide CanaChzec Steve was unbelievably knowledgable and was able to answer all questions I posed (…sorry Steve😆) and his style was really informative and delivered with great humour.
Anyone interested in the history of Prague Castle (and Prague in general for that matter) will be very pleased with this tour.
I’m on my way home now and regretting not booking other tours with Viatour.

Excellent experience! Veronica was our guide and she was terrific! She guided us through the amazing Castle grounds and shared so much of the city’s long history!! She also gave us tips and tricks for us to explore Prague! Definitely an experience not to miss!!!
