We had a great experience with Roman our tour guide. He was knowledgeable and patient with us as we navigated the machines. We started with electric bikes and then moved to Segway's. We saw so much more than we would have if we were on foot. Great morning.

The equipment and tour operator were timely and appropriate. The individual guide was focused more on his political and theological opinions than history and architecture. We tried to refocus the conversation on history rather than his opinions of our county. He was kind to offer to take our picture with our "fake American smiles" which quite ruined any photographic memories of the excursion. I have booked with Viator 10+ tours in various countries and have not had this kind of bias against US tourism anywhere before. I have not ever left a negative review on a tour but this experience tainted our opinions of Prague from our first day in town.

Fun activity, especially if you have a teenager with you

The segway tour does not cover the key attractions, hence had to change to ebikes. But it was fun and Abdul, our guide was really helpful. We took a lot of pictures!

Hello, just wondering why you left 4* instead of 5*? may be because "The segway tour does not cover the key attractions," and you did not read the tour description while booking process? Or may be because the manager in the office before the tour described the tour and made and offer to upgrade the tour to ebikes free of extra charge? hmm

Le secteur où on peut utiliser les segways à Prague est tres réduit. Le tour en segway présente peu d'intérêt. On tourne en rond entre quelques rues et un petit parc. Nous n'avons rien vu de ce qui était indiqué sur le prospectus excepté la brasserie.Ce tour ne devrait même pas être proposé. D'ailleurs dés votre arrivée le patron vous propose de changer pour un autre circuit ! Heureusement notre guide était très sympatique et pédagogue .

Hello, about the segway restriction I personally did explain you in advance, offering better tour for the same money, as my goal always make better customer experience. You decline it. However, why you left us 2* if YOU DOES NOT READ the tour description before the booking? Are you seriously point that it was our fault?!
