Jamine was a wonderful tour guide. We saw many interesting areas in Pompeii and she had knowledge that had us understanding what the city was like at the time of its inhabitants. Would recommend adding the hall of mysteries to your tour. We didn’t realize that was a secondary ticket

I am not sure what happened. I tried to contact my operator via the app and got no where as we were heading to meet up site. Finally had to go through bookings. We were on a time crunch so we booked with a different company. Hope my refund goes through. If I could not leave a star I would, not because it was that bad, just because I really don’t want to rate it that low. I understand sometimes things happen. I didn’t get to take the tour via aviator. I did have an amazing tour just through another company.

This tour was very disappointing and EXTREMELY unorganized!!! To start, they originally told us they would pick us up at our hotel, then we received a message stating this tour didn’t include hotel pick up. I’d advise anyone to book a tour with a hotel pick up. It cost us 100 euros from Naples, and because our tour was late, we had to pay an additional 22 euros to our driver to stay an additional hour. That pretty much equates to $130 usd! Our point of contact was 25 min late for the meet up. Then once we got with the actual person that took us on the tour, there were not headset provided to our group. We had at least 20 people and couldn’t hear a word the tour guide said while walking! There were other tours that had headsets, so I’d advise you to book it! Again, don’t wast your money.
