We booked the private sunset tour, and our guide was Benedetta. She was so warm and personable. She provided so many interesting details about Florence.
Even with a light rain shower, we pushed on to complete the tour, and Benedetta checked on us at every stop to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour.
Seeing Florence in the evening by bike is so much fun...less crowds, for sure.
I recommend this tour!

Bene is one of the best guides! Thanks Dawn for joining us

Avoid. Unscrupulous business. Dismal signage. Discourteous staff. I wasted my entire evening in Florence.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Dear A_O
I am sorry that you could not find us in time for the tour, Florence can be a tricky city to navigate. We did however send you a map, a live location and we offered to come find you, but the communication we received in return made that very difficult. Had you managed to find the meeting point and join the tour, you would have seen why we have so many good reviews. We work super hard to make sure that our guests have the best time with us. I'm truly sorry that you did not get to experience this. Hopefully next time!

Very interesting stories about the city- not found in history books. Good bikes and nice red wine in a nice park on the river bank. Guide was excellent

Really enjoyed this tour as it gave us a great overview of the city on the first day we arrived. Much easier than walking and covered a lot more area this way. Relatively flat and not physically challenging (we are in our 50's) but negotiating traffic was a bit interesting. Bring some water!

My family had a wonderful time with our tour guide Marcia. She made our Florence visit special. We rode at a safe and enjoyable pace through the main sites. Got great historical information. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. We're so happy and grateful. Great tour

one of the best trips of our journey. Highly recommend.

Great fun. Terrific guide - she was delightful, fun, and shared plenty of information. Group of about 8-10. We rode from one great spot to another, and she provided some history and highlights. Later, more biking and, as the sun set, we rode to an amazing overlook --- were able to walk around and more photos I got some amazing ones, now on FB. Finally, a stop for Gelato - of course, everyone loved that! The price was great - and it was a wonderful way to spend an evening in Florence. Do this!!!

This was one of the highlights of the trip. Benny was a terrific guide, very knowledgeable and funny. would highly recommend this tour
Deborah F, Jul 2016
Victoria was our guide and was extremely informative and personable. Biking is the only way to more fully cover this beautiful city. The view from Piazzale Michelangelo was incredible. This was one of our top excursions in Fierenze.
Stephen B, May 2016
Wonderful tour through Florence, climbing up to piazza di michelangelo very, very scenic! and ending with gelato and a quick trip back to the center of the city. I would consider this light to moderate exercise, as the grade of the hill is not too steep, and the bikes had gears. The guide was informative and very willing to take our picture at the various stops. Highly recommended!

We actually missed our tour in Florence, but the company was super accommodating and rebooked us for a bike tour in Rome. It was great! The guide was fun and knowledgeable and the bikes were easy to ride. Lots of fun!
Darren N, Sept 2015
Fun tour, great guide. There is a pretty significant hill you have to ride up which at 7pm I'd rather be drinking aperitivos. But other than that, you get to see the beauty of Florence at sunset.
Lygeia F, Aug 2015
Guide was rushed, harried, and difficult to understand as well as being impersonal. Glad to have seen a different part of Florence, gelato was a nice treat. Steep incline so I don't recommended if you're not in shape. Guide kept addressing me as 'madam' even after asking her not to 8 times! The bike broke during the tour and the bell wasn't working.

The absolute best. Our tour guide Vanessa was great and a city bike ride is the best thing to do in any city. I i i i am not a regular rider and it was great. Even the gelati after.
Elise C, Jul 2015
We had a wonderful time and our guide, Antonio was wonderful. It was a truly unique way to experience Florence and one of my favorite memories from our trip.
RockyDick, Jul 2015
This was one of the most fun things we did in all of Italy -- what a terrific way to see Florence, and in the cool of the evening. Valaria Sp? was especially delightful with her perky personality and in-depth knowledge of the city and its history.
Kathryn M, Jun 2015
A must! Great way to get your bearings of the city and the tour guide was lovely :)
Allison E, Jun 2015
Vanessa, our guide, was WONDERFUL! The whole tour from start to finish was like a dream. The perfect mix of touring and leisure. Riding through the city on our bikes was not only fun, but informative as well. The trip up to the Piazza Michelangelo was not too hard - very relaxing actually and scenic. Getting to the top was the best reward - what a view! Once we got back down we were treated to the most delicious gelato - YUM! It was the best we had on our visit to Italy. Can't say enough good things about Vanessa, this tour and company. If I could give six stars, I would!
Catherine P, Apr 2015
It was too wet to cycle, so our guide Valentina took us on a very informative walking tour under umbrellas instead. We enjoyed it very much and learned a lot.
Christopher S, Apr 2015
The tour guide was flexible to our schedule and had some really great information to share on all the sites that we stopped at.
megsy, Apr 2015
Great way to see a lot more of Florence than on foot. A lot of the tour is done on designated bike paths which is great. I would recommend this tour.
Deirdre B, Aug 2014
A fabulous way to see Florence. I suggest at the beginning of your trip or as early as possible.
Victoria A, Aug 2014
Christina, our guide was amazing! Not only was she super-organized and helpful, but she was so knowledgeable about Florence and the history. She had a great sense of pride for her city. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Florence, especially the first day or two. You get a real sense of the city and it is a great way to see all Florence has to offer. Our family ended up going back to places we stopped off at on the tour. Thank you, Christina!!
Mark R, Aug 2014
This is an awesome way to see the highlights of Florence in a short period of time. My wife and I only had 1.5 days in Florence so we did this our first night. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant and the tour route was great. We took a few extra minutes one bridge up from Ponte Vecchio while the sun actually set and it was spectacular. And the tour was capped up with delicious gelato at the end!
Frank G, Jun 2014
Great way to get an overall orientation to the city. Interesting info given at each stopping point. Best part was our gelato stop. We went back the next 2 nights for more!
michael g, Oct 2013
Valentina was awesome. Very nice way to see Florence.

Bennedette was fabulous! She obviously loves her job and her city.
Great tour. What a way to watch the sun down down in Florence!
akiriace, Jul 2013
This tour was awesome. I thought it will last 2 hours but it lasted a long long time. Our guide took us everywhere, showed us everything. It was beautiful.
