Unbelievably Beautiful, Perfect Day

This was the absolute highlight of a trip that was already filled with amazing experiences. Giovani is an excellent guide who takes a lot of care to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. He is native to the area and well educated on the history of all the places he takes you. You always hear how beautiful the Tuscan countryside is, but no photos can ever do it justice. It is truly a magical place and seeing it outside by bike is so much better than just driving. The stops at the farm and winery were pleasant and peaceful - and the food was very fresh and satisfying without being too heavy. The e-bikes were high quality and made it possible to travel comfortably on the very hilly terrain. One thing to know is that even though the e-bikes help a *lot*, and Giovani builds in regular breaks - the tour is still a significant workout and the bikes must be pedaled. You don’t need to be an athlete at all, but you do need to be generally healthy and fit to complete the ride. But otherwise, you should not hesitate to book this tour. It is incredible and worth every dime!

The hills outside Florence are beautiful and it’s a treat to leave the city for another perspective. Our tour guide was wonderful, as a Florence native she shared many interesting insights about the neighborhoods and countryside we explored. E bikes made the hills easy to climb. And the gelato afterward was the best we had in Florence!

A perfect morning!

We really enjoyed our bike ride with Giacomo and Mateo. We were staying in Florence and wanted to see some of Tuscany by bike.This was the perfect outing. Aside from the beautiful scenery even on this cloudy day, we learned a lot about the olive oil and wines. First, I must say that I was the only participant who showed up for this tour. The guide, Julia, was so gracious she agreed to take me regardless. Perfect Tuscan Tour- a must escape from the city!!

This is an absolute MUST when visiting Florence or the surrounding area. Flippo and Ben gave us the most memorable tour of the Tuscan countryside. The biking, olive groves, vineyards, to end with a tour of the castle, and then a Tuscan lunch was perfection. Nice city introduction

This is not a fast cycling ride, but rather, a leisurely ride. However, there are often pedestrians, cars and motorcycles to dodge while riding (usually slowly) along bumpy streets as you take in sights. Some biking confidence is needed. Our guide, Manuel, was very pleasant and informative and led our group of 11 riders easily. We had headsets that allowed us to hear his comments as we rode, which was great. The tour took us to various central squares and key sights (such as Duomo, Ponte Vecchio) and provided a nice introduction to the old city. We periodically stopped for our guide’s explanation of points of interest and associated history, which we found interesting. Our day was sunny and beautiful and starting with the first tour of the day made vehicle/people congestion less than would occur later in the day.
