What are people saying about Florence

Perfect day!
This was such a wonderful day! We have never been to Italy and just wanted to see cinque terra, and this was perfect for that! We slept on the bus, and the tour was worth it to us to not have to figure out where to go and how to navigate trains and whatnot. We felt like we’d had plenty of time to sightsee and wander at each stop. We had a lovely sit down lunch at monterosso. Some people had said that a day trip to cinque terra wouldn’t be enough but it was for us! Depends on how you like to travel. For our first time, it was PERFECT!

We enjoyed a fantastic day with Tony and Lorenzo.
Lorenzo was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy.
Sienna was amazing especially the cathedral.
Lunch in the beautiful Tuscan countryside and the San Gimignano which was breathtaking.
I truly recommend this tour .

Our tour guide took us on...
Our tour guide took us on the golf cart all through the Tuscan Hills and gave us a history lesson…we saw some beautiful scenery! He even took us to the statue of David, and an antique car show, and pointed out all of the highlights of the city for us!

A semester of knowledge in 2 hours for art students
Our 1:00 pm 26 April Uffizi tour was simply outstanding, thanks to an exceptional guide whose passion and presence immediately set her apart. From the moment we began, it was clear we were in the hands of someone truly special.
Her knowledge of Leonardo da Vinci and Raphael—especially their masterful use of color—was extraordinary, delivering insights that felt equal to a full semester of art study.
Having grown up in Florence, she brought a depth and authenticity few guides possess. Quite frankly, whatever she is being paid is not enough—she deserves a raise.

Fun and knowledgeable experience
We thoroughly enjoyed this experience, particularly the initial stop featuring underground barrels. Ms. Alyssa at Ercolani provided an exceptional explanation of the wines and the property's historical background. She also thoughtfully allowed our group time for personal interaction. Patricia Cencioni in Montacino was outstanding; their primary focus on Brunello wines was greatly appreciated. This establishment is female-owned, and the family was actively involved. One of the daughters guided us through the vineyards, detailing plant care and the regulations required for DOCG status, the highest possible rating. Inside, another colleague, recently returned to work, expertly described the wine's style and characteristics during our tasting session. We purchased several bottles and arranged for their shipment to the United States. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Sal, was engaging and significantly enhanced our day.

Ornella was a fantastic guide. We typically stay away from larger group tours but this felt like a small group. Ornella was knowledgeable and shared helpful insights while allowing us plenty of time to explore the 2 cities which happen to be gems you do not want to miss out on!

Worthwhile tour of the Tuscany region
This was an excellent trip. There was a lot of walking up and down hills, so be prepared for that. We took beautiful photos on a perfect weather day. Marco and Julia and one other guide, whom I have forgotten her name, sorry, we're excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Even when tour was completed, they helped us use the tram. Our favorite part of the trip was the wine tasting and lunch at Poggio ai laghi vineyard. By the time we reached Pisa, we took our photos with the tower and then sat near the leaning tower with a Gelato. Perfect day. Perhaps the only unforseen problem was traffic, perhaps an accident, on our return trip to Florence which took approximately 1 additional hour. We would highly recommend this tour.

Private day trip to Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa
We had a wonderful day with Francesco! We wanted to see Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa all in one day, which is harder to find as a tour (since Pisa is often paired with Lucca). This was the perfect way to travel with kids - the flexibility of our own schedule and own transportation.
Francesco was helpful with his suggestions for each town and sharing facts as we drove. He had a wonderful suggestion for a local bakery/cafe for lunch and gelato in San Gimignano.

Well worth it!
This does allow skipping the line for entrance to Accademia, Duomo and dome climb, which makes it well worth it. Plus private group access to the terrace.
It was well organized with 3 staff members doing check-in.
The guide was enthusiastic, knowledgable and fun.

Get ready for an unexpected beauty!! Fantastic landscape and meeting with wine producers with centuries long experience.
On top of that we would like to stress the excellent, gentle and sensitive guidance of Gianmarco and also the professional and skillful driving of Cosimo!

A must do guided tour in Florence. Highly recommend
Laura our guide was amazing. She was knowledgeable and fun. We learned so much about Michael Angelo and also the artworks. The statue of David was incredible and so were the bright sacred paintings adorning all the walls which i particularly loved.. and also musical instruments from the past a bonus. Fantastic gifts hope too.

A terrific full-day adventure.
This is a very well-structured day trip to three hilltop towns near Florence, plus a delightful lunch at a beautiful and hospitable local winery. It’s just the right combination of culture, walking, local cuisine, stunning scenery. Our guide and driver, Domenico, was professional, friendly, and had great tips for exploring on our own. And the tour company did an outstanding job of communicating with is to make sure we had all the necessary meeting details and even checked with us to be sure everything was off to a good start. In one word: terrific.
