Itinerary

Your Florence electric scooter or bike tour begins with a safety session to ensure that you’re comfortable before hitting the streets. Numbers are limited on this small group tour to keep the experience as intimate as possible. After your group is ready to go, plug in your headphones so that you can hear the live commentary clearly and follow your guide into the center of the city.

As you glide past each historical site and architectural gem, hear entertaining anecdotes and facts about the history of Florence. Discover top attractions, including the iconic Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and the lively activity of Piazza della Signoria and Piazza della Repubblica. Segway became bikes as Florence had a temporary ban, but it was definitely an awesome tour. Our guide Thomas was super knowledgeable and fun. We got to go places a Segway could not navigate. So many great sites in a just over 2hrs. A great way to cover a lot of ground without walking much. Highly recommend this excursion!!

The tour was fun and informative. As good as the tour was, the tour guide, Guido, was beyond excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Some of us, namely me, took a little longer to learn the Segway, but he took his time to make sure we were comfortable in using it. After this great experience, I would take another Segway in other cities. Again, Guido was an excellent tour guide and would recommend asking for him as your guide.

Guido was our guide and it was his 2nd day on the job. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have done Segways in other cities and it was a little harder to do in Florence because of the cobblestones. Also, the crowds of people make it challenging. But I would personally do this Segway tour again.

Awesome tour and extremely knowledgeable guide, Katerina. A great overview of the city with lots of history and facts. Got to see all the major sights and Katerina gave us ideas on things to explore further during our trip. Katerina was very patient. The streets were very busy as it was Easter Monday, so dodging pedestrians was definitely a challenge. Overall I highly recommend this tour. It is also a very efficient way to see the sights.

The tour was professionally run, the guide was excellent and we saw many of the key areas of the old city. But...... Florence is not an ideal city to Segway in as the streets are so crowded either with people or cars, slowing progress and taking the enjoyment out of riding a segway.

I have done quite a few Segway tours in different cities. They are an excellent way to get to know a city and learn about it from experts. Segways are also great fun. Valentina our guide was wonderful, she was passionate about Florence and gave a fascinating insight to the city as she expertly and safely guided us around key sites and some lesser known sites also. We were very luck as the other two people booked on the tour did not turn up so in effect we had a private tour. Valentina was very friendly, very pleasant and had a great knowledge of Florence. It was a wonderful afternoon we both enjoyed very much. We would highly recommend.
