Viator Cab Ride WHAT!!

We were picked up by a cab. Driven to locations, then we bought tickets and a guide. If you want to spend $200 for a cab ride, nothing else, this trip is for you. I would like a refund or credit. Cheaper with Uber with a nicer ride

It is explicitly mentioned that entrance fees to archaeological sites and a licensed tour guide are not included in the price. Our goal is to provide seamless transportation and local insights, allowing guests the flexibility to explore sites at their own pace. • Communication During the Tour: Throughout the entire 5 hour duration, no concerns or issues were raised to our driver. On the contrary, the itinerary was followed exactly as described. In an effort to provide exceptional service, our driver even offered to take you to additional sights and extended the tour time beyond the original agreement. • Your Experience: Despite our driver's willingness to show you more of the city, you indicated that you were too tired to continue after visiting the main highlights. In fact, you requested to return to your ship and spent the return journey resting/sleeping in the vehicle, which suggests that the itinerary was quite comprehensive. • Refund Request: While we respect every guest's opinion, we find it unfair to use a review rating as a tool to demand a refund for services that were fully rendered according to the booking terms. Comparing a specialized private tour to a standard ride-share service overlooks the value of a dedicated vehicle, a planned itinerary, and a driver who waits for you at every stop.
