Best Day Ever!

The drive to the meeting location was challenging. But once there, the day was fantastic. Our hosts were informative, accomodating and justifiably proud of their Greek heritage. Highly recommend this tour!

Highly recommend this tour! There are multiple pickup points in Naxos so finding your starting spot is easy and convenient. The tour itself was excellent. It was paced perfectly. I felt like we spent just the right amount of time at each spot. The stops were thoughtfully chosen and our guide gave interesting insights at each one. We basically saw the entire island in 8 hours. The tour bus was air conditioned and comfortable. However if you’re prone to motion sickness, I’d strongly advise taking something like Dramamine before the tour starts. Pro tip: Sit on the right side of the bus for better views of the landscape and sea.

Do it. You will not regret it

Jack and family provided an amazing experience! They were welcoming with an educational experience and a lovely tour of their farm. The cooking was so fun. We even got to harvest our own produce. Highlight of our trip. 200 year old family farm with 3000 year old olive trees and structures from 1100 AD. Cannot say enough. Well worth it. Recommendation to wear close toed/walking shoes.

Excellent day trip around Naxos

Excellent day tour! We highly recommend this experience, a perfect way to get a taste of the mountain areas and villages of Naxos. Stelios was superb, knowledgeable, friendly and always keeping us at ease. His story telling and experience made this a truly fun experience. Pottery workshop visit and olive oil press/tasting stop were particular highlights! We’re so glad we did this!

A great tour!

We absolutely loved our food tour! Liana was so sweet and knowledgeable about Naxos history and food. We stopped for wine and greek cheese, orange cake, fresh lemonade, an olive oil tasting, kitron, and finally an incredible shared meal. She also walked us to the castle and through the labyrinth which was so cool. It was such a fun and informative tour, and our group was wonderful. I would highly recommend!

Loved it!

We loved this boat trip. The stops were wonderful and we had such a great time meeting others on the boat. The swimming spots were great choices and we LOVED Koufonisia, such a cute town to visit and see. Fantastic 1/2 day tour that fits a lot in!

This was a fantastic 1/2 day tour of the island. It fits a lot in and takes you to sites and villages that are historical, cultural and not crowded. There are a couple of towns that have boutiques with unique items and cafes to grab a snack/coffee. This tour was very unique and special and I highly recommend it! Our tour guide was terrific! A young man named Thanos who grew up on the island of Naxos and is currently getting his masters in tourism , culture and history. Thanos speaks English beautifully and had a good sense of humor as well. It was very unique to have a tour guide that grew up on the island and was able to explain what it was like. He was also able to explain the culture on Naxos, the history and the Greek Orthodox religion. We were able to see Naxos through his eyes. We even drove through the town he grew up in as he pointed out his church, etc. This tour was very informative, enjoyable and a great way to see a lot of the island in a short amount of time. The views from some of the sites we visited and from the bus are breathtakingly beautiful! You just wouldn’t be able to enjoy the views like this if you are trying to drive a car yourself. We arrived back at 12:30 pm just in time for lunch and not too tired to do more later. Kudos to the driver George who navigated the winding roads with the big bus. I’m very glad I didn’t rent a car and instead left the driving in the hands of someone who lives here and knows how to navigate the mountainous, narrow and steep roads. Take this tour! You will be very happy you did.

Great time in clear water

Amazing experience. We had 21 guests on the boat. It didn’t feel cramped and once everyone spread out it was nice. We had delicious food and our captain and first mate made sure our needs were attended too. Each stop we got to swim for about an hour that was perfect. The water was clear and it was fun to make new friends. It’s not a negative but, this a motor sail excursion. I assumed it was a full sailing trip. With the jib out and motor running you do get a little experience of sailing.
