All Zakynthos Tours & Excursions in 2026

We went on this tour last year in May. The day before this tour we went on a tour with Nikos to Marathonisi and Cameo island. The day after that tour we booked this one. To our surprise he picked us up again for this tour! We were with a very small group, probably because it was off season. Nikos had brought his new drone. Together we figured out how to take pictures with it. That was very cool! We visited fantastic view points and got to choose a few extra stops to see on the way. We had a very relaxed and fun day! We felt like we had seen every special spot on the island. This tour is totally worth your time and money. We learned so much about Zakynthos Thank you to Nikos for the fun days!

Decent fun on a boat: turtle spotting (was hard but not impossible off-season), stunning sea cave views, breathtaking cliffs, a whiff of volcanic sulfur, then swimming at a turtle island (only possible off-season, ha-ha). After the tour, visited the same places from the shore: walked the tops of those cliffs (wow) and spent time on the (pleasantly!) boiled egg-smelling beach with neat caves and nice sand.

Booked an 11am trip, but was informed that sea condition wasn't good, so they pushed us to 12pm trip; which we're totally fine waiting on this nice Porto Vromi beach. And sure enough they were telling the truth about sea condition, as after we left at 12pm, while we're able to get to the Navagio beach where the famous shipwreck location is, getting there wasn't a smooth ride with choppy sea. It's a beautiful day though and the check-in process was smooth and the entire boat crew were excellent and friendly. The boat fits 42 people and there were 40 of us today, a good size boat. After we visited the Navigio beach and saw the breathtaking beach from the boat (the captain, Yanniis got us close to the beach and even rotated the boat so each side can have a great view of the beach). We then started heading back South, while exploring some of the sea caves along the coast. That's when I started feeling sea sick, and it got so bad that I couldn't hold it in me and was just trying to hold on the rest of the trip. However, when we reached the swimming spot at Ag. Ioannis island, just across from Porto Vromi beach. The captain Yanniis went down to check on a couple of us who weren't feeling well and offered us a small boat to pick us up and bring us back to Porto Vromi beach, which I didn't know was even an option and I gladly took it and would gladly pay anything for this option. Sure enough, within less than 10 minutes, a small boat came to pick me up and brough me back to shore; THANK YOU Capatain Yanniis; you are a God sent for me. When I got on the shore, the lady who checked us in was there to greet me and make sure I was ok and told me a few things to help me get rid of the sea sickness. And when I ask if there's any extra charge for this, she said, no charge; WOW!!!! Thank You Porto Vromi Maries Cruises & Fun team!!! You guys are unbelievable and you guys gave me yet another confirmation why I think that Greek people are the nicest, hones and most genuine people in the world!!! Thank You from the bottom of my heart. I would highly recommend this tour operator to anyone!!!

Amazing tour with a wonderful host! The ship wreck was stunning, the blue caves were unreal like something out of the movies! The restaurant where we stopped for lunch had breath taking views and delicious food. Everything was very well thought out and i appreciate the detail that went into making our experience something unforgettable! Thank you!

Wow!! The “surf and turf” all day trip as I call it was absolutely amazing!! Angelo was a spectacular tour guide (and new friend!) He gave us a very informational and fun drive around much of the island. The boat trip views of the caves were breathtaking and the swim spots were something out of movie! He gave us plenty of time at each spot to enjoy and explore. Great driver as well. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone. Definitely the highlight of our trip!! Thanks again Angelo and all the hard work you put into the trip for all of us to have such a great time!

The duration is vague due to cooperation of wild life and conditions of weather and water (Up to the captain’s discretion). Our captain was terrific and took full advantage of best opportunities. Just don’t plan to be back in a rush to something else. I was very glad to have brought my own snorkel and mask. This a a super way to see the best of the area. Small boats can get into smaller caves - more options! Getting back on the boat after a swim is somewhat challenging but the captain was extremely attentive and thoughtful of my 70 year old limitations.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing! Here are the main points we have to mention: 1.The captain (Feri) served us with everything we needed and more. We had plenty of cold water, Fanta and Cola. 2.He was really flexible in terms of schedule and timing of the stops, allowing us to spend a bit more time in the spots we preferred most while still making sure we had enough time to check the best spots. 3. He is a social person, knowing when and how to crack a joke while still keeping things professional and safe. He tried to make us feel comfortable by playing music he thought we liked, was actively trying to remember our names and even said a couple words in our native language (Romanian). 4.He was constantly checking with us to make sure we have everything we need and we are comfortable and safe both on the boat and in the water. He was also checking to make sure we like the stopping points and kept our preferences in mind. So, long story short, if you have second thoughts about booking this ride: don’t. You can’t miss! And for Feri - keep up the good work! Huge thumbs up for everything you’re doing!

What a great experience which was made possible through the expert navigation of our captain “ Jo Jo”. He was a true professional though and through and took the time to explain all the sites along the way and we never felt rushed. He was super polite and his English was excellent. Beautiful caves of blue water and shipwreck beach were visited. Would highly recommend this tour!
