We spent the night cruising along the Huangpu River with the stunning Pudong skyline lit up before us — absolutely breathtaking. Tom then guided us through the atmospheric lanes of Old Shanghai and the beautiful French Concession, bringing both neighbourhoods to life with stories and insights we simply wouldn’t have found in any guidebook. Tom is everything you want in a guide: incredibly knowledgeable, wonderfully patient, and genuinely friendly. His English is excellent, making communication completely effortless throughout the evening. He also took us to some fantastic spots to pick up a few local treasures to bring home — and crucially, he knew exactly where to go for the best prices. No tourist traps here! Shanghai truly is a different city by night, and Tom knows how to show it off at its very best. We came away with memories, a few great souvenirs, and a deep appreciation for this remarkable city. We had the best experience of Zhujiajie Water Town, beautiful gardens and quaint little streets.The boat ride was fun! I Shanghai we had a lunch to remember forever! Lin showed us the Bund and the fantastic Yu Garden - wow! That was si beautiful! The Shanghai Tower was amazing! Lin was a five star guide!!!

We had an excellent experience with our guide Ms. Yun during our visit to Zhujiajiao near Shanghai. The tour lasted about 4–5 hours, which was the perfect duration to explore the area comfortably without feeling rushed. Ms. Yun was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant throughout the tour. She guided us through the local market and traditional stores while explaining many aspects of Chinese culture and local history. We visited a beautiful private garden, walked around the old town, and enjoyed a relaxing boat ride through the canals. The tour ended with a very nice lunch, and afterward we were transported back to our hotel in Shanghai in a private luxury car, which made the entire experience even more comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend Ms. Yun as a guide, as well as the tour operator Sunny. Everything was very well organized and enjoyable.
