We used Mr Orange's car services on 3 separate occasions whilst travelling in China, twice in Shanghai and once in Hong Kong. Each vehicle was of extremely high standard, luxury vehicles, very clean and comfortable with water provided, luggage assistance, direct to door pick up and drop off, charging cables available and use of translation apps made things easy for us, especially for our initial landing in China as English speaking tourists who had never been before. Communication upon booking and any follow up questions or help we needed was very quick and provided us with everything we needed. My guide, KIMI has an excellent command of English along side with a wealth of knowledge in Chinese history. His timing schedule for the respective visits to the beautiful gardens were perfect. We covered pretty much in accordance of the planned itinerary. My visit to the lotus garden at Zhuozhengyuan was the highlight of my day trip in Suzhou. The entire ambience was breathtaking! We had a wonderful family experience visiting Jujiajiao Ancient Town with our tour guide, Snow! We were contacted by several days in advance to confirm our pick up time and logistical details. Though our entire trip, she was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, making the day feel relaxed and enjoyable. She guided us through the beautiful ancient water town, including a visit to the gardens and a peaceful boat ride along the canals. Throughout the tour, Snow thoughtfully explained the symbolism embedded in the design of the gardens, helping us appreciate the cultural depth and history behind what we were seeing. What stood out most was her attentiveness to our family’s needs, especially accommodating our grandpa with limited mobility. She was very considerate in pacing the tour, making sure we had frequent rest stops so everyone could fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Lunch was a highlight as well—a delicious, home-style meal that gave us a warm taste of local cuisine. Snow also offered helpful recommendations on what to buy and gave us plenty of time to explore and shop at local spots, which made the visit feel unhurried and personal. We ended the day with a bit more time than planned because we were enjoying ourselves so much, and Snow remained patient and gracious throughout. This trip created long-lasting memories for our family, and we’re truly grateful to Snow for making it so special.
