What are people saying about Positano

Got cancelled due to rough sea
We didn't go on it so it deserves full 5 stars. However it was difficult to get a hold of the operator and we also took a longer one way trip but they cancelled just before our bus left. I would recommend that you scheduled for the first day and then if there is rough sea you can get out there one of your days.

The moment the boat...
The moment the boat pulled away from the dock, I realized I had signed up for something far greater than just a “sunset cruise.” This wasn’t just transportation across the Amalfi waters; this was the closest thing to starring in my own perfume commercial. The cliffs of Positano glowed like they’d been Photoshopped, and I briefly wondered if the captain was secretly in cahoots with Mother Nature. Now, let’s talk drinks. The prosecco didn’t stop flowing, and while I pretended to sip elegantly, the truth is I was trying to see if I could drink the horizon itself. The staff smiled knowingly, clearly veterans of watching tourists attempt “grace” while balancing fizz, camera, and sea legs. They succeeded at keeping everyone topped up while also letting us believe we were effortlessly glamorous. The sunset itself? Offensive. Unfair. Borderline criminal how beautiful it was. The sky set itself on fire in pastel pinks, oranges, and reds, and all I could think was: how am I supposed to go back to regular sunsets after this? My phone storage gave up halfway through, forcing me to just… look at it with my eyes. A terrifying but liberating concept. Finally, the vibe of the cruise deserves applause. There’s a strange mix of romance, laughter, and mild seasickness bonding everyone together. Strangers became friends, couples held hands, and at least one man (me) loudly declared he could live on this boat forever. A bold claim, but after that view, entirely justified.

Small group tour that felt private
Excellent tour. The captain took pictures of each family with the sunset. He made sure everyone was comfortable and could see the different views. It was a small group but felt very intimate. As a bonus we saw two dolphins swimming as we head back to the marina.

this sunset boat tour was...
this sunset boat tour was a great way to kick off our time in Positano. Communication on where exactly to meet was communicated ahead of time and clear. Once on the boat our driver Luigi was very friendly and pointed out the sights and tailored the boat tour to what my wife and I showed interest in. I would definitely recommend adding this to your list if you will be spending any time in Positano.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

For romantics, it's hard to do better than a sunset cruise—especially in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Positano sits on the Amalfi Coast, which stretches around 31 miles (50 kilometers) overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. After your day taking in the city's culture, cuisine, and beautiful beaches, a Positano sunset cruise will whisk you along the coast on a scenic and relaxing trip that lasts around 1–2 hours. Glasses of prosecco often are included.
