Over time it became home not just to thousands of scholars but to the real Alice in Wonderland and, more recently, a famous boy wizard. It was a lovely afternoon with Max. He was informed and gave a great commentary as we went along. Even though the weather wasn’t great, it didn’t spoil the experience. We saw a heron and a kingfisher too! Food was lovely. Tea was nice and hot! I highly recommend this experience to anyone. Intimate. Only one other couple.

Oxford River Sightseeing Cruise

The river cruise was brilliant! Graham, our tour guide, was fab and made the experience even more enjoyable. Cocktail on board and cosy blankets made it extra special, creating such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The meeting point is The Folly Restaurant, which is cosy and welcoming, with fantastic, friendly staff and lovely views. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Oxford. It was a lovely experience from start to finish!

Engaging informative tour

A highly informative and engaging tour of the university colleges and the history of Oxford. Elliot bought lots of first hand student experience and explained how the Oxford system of teaching differs to other universities. It was wonderful to have his excellent knowledge of Latin as he was able to translate headstones within the chapels etc. We thought the tour provided excellent value and was a great insight into this ancient and fascinating university town.

Great Cotswolds experience!

Ryan was prompt and considerate. We traveled comfortably and Ryan’s knowledge of the area was not only impressive but he was able to quickly change the itinerary to avoid villages that were being overrun by big tour busses. We had a different tour on a small bus booked but the operator cancelled days before our scheduled tour because there weren’t enough participants. I’m so thankful this happened because we were able to experience the Cotswolds in an elevated experience that wouldn’t have been possible with a group tour.
