Had such a lovely time catching up with am old friend enjoying afternoon tea in the beautiful weather. Our guide was lovely and was very friendly, and handled the unmanned locks like a pro. I would recommend this to everyone!

My wife and I and three other passengers cruised for ninety minutes in a spacious covered boat along the Thames. We sipped tea and munched on finger sandwiches and scones with clotted cream while Reuben, our driver, told tales of Tolkien, CS Lewis and Kenneth Grahame, as well as Oxford dons and students. It was very relaxed and entertaining.
Was a lovely relaxing cruise down the river. Nico the young guide was great, very friendly and knowledgeable.
This was a birthday celebration for myself and my husband and the whole atmosphere was amazing from start to finish , Duncan was our host and he was excellent, would highly recommend to anyone.
Wonderful experience, that includes delicious lunch finger foods and tea. The skippers provided wonderful information.
After the hustle & bustle of our sightseeing tour it was nice to take a day off and relax on the river . We had tea , little sandwiches, scones & sweet cakes while we went down the river & our guide told us local stories & history of the area . Perfect afternoon!

It was a great experience on a sunny afternoon. Good food and very interesting guide about a lot of historical events. I would recommend this trip to anyone interested in history and relaxing afternoon.

Loved this activity. Oxford is so crowded, it was nice to take this peaceful and serene boat ride and see different sites. The tea service was SO delicious! Heads up- come hungry because there is a lot of food! I recommend this experience.
This was a wonderful afternoon adventure for myself and my 10 and 13 year old kids. Our guide shared information when we asked, but also allowed us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The tea and the afternoon tea sandwiches and treats were delicious.

This was a darling experience. I really loved having a high tea with my 17-year-old daughter while enjoying the river in Oxford.
A pair of local women were also onboard celebrating a birthday so it’s even something that locals can enjoy!
Oxford was beautiful!! The cruise was smooth sailing, relaxing, and tea/food delicious. There were about 12 of us on the boat, plus our guide. This was a excellent beginning to our incredible three week vacation.

We had a lovely afternoon tea boat tour in Oxford and would highly recommend it! Our guide, Oscar, was fantastic—he expertly navigated the boat along the river while sharing interesting and informative details about the sights we passed.
The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious and made the experience even more special. It was such a relaxing way to take in the beautiful scenery while enjoying great food and learning more about the area.

It was a pretty day but quite chilly and windy. Our guide had lovely warm blankets for us which we appreciated. The tea was a bit cold, but all the items on tea tray were delicious and plentiful. The boat ride itself is definitely worth it. It’s such a different view from the water and so lovely. Our guide was terrific. He left it to us how much history and talking we wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and offered some excellent commentary as we enjoyed our ride down the river. Would definitely recommend.

This was an easy, enjoyable tour and the added benefit of afternoon tea completed the experience. Absolutely loved it.
Duncan was our skipper and was very competent with some interesting stories and friendly demeanour. Our travelling companions were delightful. The tea was very good. We really enjoyed the trip even though the weather was cool.

It was a very beautiful, calm and scenic cruise through Oxford. The food and tea was delicious. The boat was not crowded, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the autumn vibe and colours fully. Definitely a must do when in Oxford!

We had a great guide who was very good at what he was doing. Though there wasn't much sightseeing but it was a very lovely day with lots of sunshine, perfect for a river cruise. Our guide was also very engaging. And yes, the scones were very nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, catching up and experiencing a relaxing cruise along the river in Oxford. The tour guide Dexter was great, a young, charming and bright Oxfordian to lead the tour. The sandwiches and scones were exquisite, and we had plenty of tea choices.
Nick was entertaining and we got a great view of Oxford from the river. He also shared stories and information along the way. The tea (food) was simply outstanding!
Our tour was full of interesting information about the history of Oxford as well as the city itself. We stopped and were able to get off the boat to look at the bridges and locks a bad he answers all questions for us with no hesitation. Great tour recommended for everyone
What a wonderful experience. First the weather was perfect. A lovely boat ride on the Thames. Great scenery and excellent tea, sandwiches, scones and sweets. Well worth the price.
