As others have mentioned, this cruise is merely transportation to different islands. We went on the Delos-Mykonos cruise. The boat is nice, the crew is friendly, and there are a few snacks and drinks for purchase on board. It is cheaper and less hassle than booking ferries, so I recommend it if you want a day trip to these islands. The 3-3.5 hours on each island was the perfect amount of time, and the boat was always punctual at pickups.

Please be more specific in your tour guidelines. This was very unorganized and disappointing. We arrived at Port at 8:45 as we were told to be there and waited and waited. We watched as tour buses continued to just drop off people. The ferry boat did not arrive until 945. We finally had some random person come up to us and give us three vinyl Ferry cards as a pass to get on and off the ferry. There was still little communication. We arrived at Delos late and another Ferry was also disembarking. We had to stand in line for 45 minutes to pay €20 per person to get into Delos. It would have been nice to know we could have downloaded the HH app so we could have some audio during our tour. This tour is truly only a ferry ride. Mykonos was a tourist trap overall disappointed.

Sometimes we choose not to respond to reviews, however your case is not one of them because it may create the wrong impression on people who want to trust us and travel with us.
To begin with, you mentioned that the buses that brought our guests were delayed and you are right, but there was a reason why this happened, nevertheless the check-in (which concerns our company) was done as soon as possible so that the ship could depart immediately.
Additionally, you were given boarding passes so that we could know if all our guests were present to board and also so that we could know at the end of the excursion if everyone had returned to the boat!
Of course, you received the passes from Alexander's agent (and not some random person as you mentioned) in Paros, as is the case on all cruise boats worldwide, there is always an agent representative at the check-in for the day excursions!
Moreover, it would be useful to mention that the Delos Museum is one of the few in Greece where you cannot buy tickets online, so there is no possibility to buy them in advance. For this reason, we are all forced to wait to buy our entrance tickets!
This is due to a decision by the Ministry of Culture and not due to any fault of ours.
Last but not least, regarding Mykonos, we don't need to mention anything here, because we are perhaps talking about the most famous Greek island in the world. If unfortunately it did not satisfy you, we believe that this is not a fault of our own excursion, it is simply a matter of personal preference!

Good mode of transportation and timely. . The crew are very nice and give clear information. However, note that this is just transportation, there is no tour or assistance. It is challenging to have a seat with good views so must be sure to arrive early.

Be prepared for Delos being an archeological site. Mykonos was more upscale shopping than traditional Greek village.

If going to Delos purchase your museum/walking tour ticket ahead of time or be first off the boat to get in a long line to purchase a ticket to enter the island to walk around.
Enjoy the ride. Very easy. It is an easy way to get a ferry ride to be on the water.

Not a cruise, but a very well organized and clean ferry that got us to Delos and Mykonos. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the time to explore each place on our own.

The ferry was very clean, comfortable and tidy. The ride was somewhat choppy so prepare for that. Time was adequate in both Delos and Mykonos.

We went on the Delos-Mykonos day cruise. They also offer daily cruises to other islands. From the reviews, we knew the cruise was more for transport between the islands versus a guided tour. My husband and I preferred it this way. Checking in and boarding throughout the day was easy and organized. The cruise arrived and departed on time. This was a much better value with more convenient timings than booking through one of the commercial ferries. The cruise also had coffee, drinks and light snacks that can be purchased on board. We were grateful for this option after a lot of hiking in the heat on Delos. The customer service was excellent and watching the sunset on the journey back was an added bonus. I highly recommend this cruise.

I'm sorry but I cant write a good review. We took the Delos-Mykonos trip with the Alexander boat on a day that ended up being a bit windy...probably a day that the ship shouldn't sail but they didn't care to cancel it. Instead we got normally at the ship of horror, the ship felt like it would sink in any possible second especially at the part between Delos and Mykonos. My friend was vommiting for the whole trip, many people (me included) were shouting afraid we will drown...the personnel wasn't very friendly nor helpful...in fact at first they didn't provide us with sea-sickness bags and my friend vomitted on the outter floor so one of the sailors (an old one) holded a grunge on him while he was sick...then when we arrived at Mykonos we asked to remain inside the boat for 5 more minutes cause my friend couldn't stand on his feet and they didn't let us (while the ship wasn't sailing for somewhere else). At the Mykonos port many people ended up laying down in very bad condition on benches after the trip and even I , as a person who is not afraid of ships nor gets sea sick, was dizzy and got a panic attack. We finally preferred to pay 120 euros to get a proper ship from Mykonos back to Naxos cause we wouldn't return with this one in any chance....I would only recommend it to my enemies.

Finally , we realize that our communication via message did not play any role for you.
For that reason , I would like to repeat all the things that I referred to in our written discussion.
"First of all, we would like to inform you that on 8/9/2024 the weather forecast was 5-6 beaufort , so that is a normal situation in Cyclades. Generally, the small boats stop at 7-8 beaufort and if the boat runs or not , only the Port Authorities arrange that.
Secondly, before you embarked on the boat, I think you have seen the weather, however you travelled normally without saying anything to us because I was on the gate during the check in and if I remember well you catched the boat at the last minute.
Lastly , you paid extra because you took another ferry to return ( another company) . You did not pay us anything more.
We are not able to know who passengers suffer from seasickness and who do not. For that reason the passengers in all the activities should make their decision when they take into consideration all the circumstances."
In addition, this terrible boat and company gave you a 50% refund of the total amount because it respected your situation whereas you should have resolved that on your own.
After all these , you preferred to vote with 1 star... our product. Fortunately, all the guests will read your review but I think that they will take a look at our response.

Took the cruise to Delos-Mykonos. The boat was really nice and the crew were excellent. This is really just transportation and you are on your own at each location. Perfect amount of time at each place. Would definitely use do it again.

I loved this day trip! The site at Delos was amazing and I enjoyed my time in Mykonos. I have visited many archeological sites across Greece and I really loved this one. It is such a sprawling site but you get such a sense of the place as so much is still standing.

Pretty, authentic, but the bus transport for the return was zero, 20 minutes late in the full sun parking lot with about 50 buses and us in the middle. No organization! The guide 'doesn't serve much' I don't know, waiting for it to happen... 'doesn't know either the time or the bus number' dangerous with the very intense bus traffic. And we are on June 9th.
