What are people saying about Halifax

You can trust Viator and their vetted excursion partners
We were looking forward to an 7-8 hour all day excursion from our cruise ship port in Halifax to Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, etc., Unfortunately, our ship arrived in Halifax 1.5 hours late due to a storm at sea. Without our having to ask, the excursion trip operator proactively communicated with us and let us know there was not enough time left to complete the tour and we would receive a full refund. We could not have asked for better treatment. You can trust Viator and their excursion partners to be responsive, and to do the right thing. Thank you, Viator!

A great rainy day in Nova Scotia.
Rana was an excellent tour guide. He knows the history with Peggy’s Cove, Citadel Hill & Titanic Cemetery. Picked us up on time & the ride was enjoyable. We were a small group of 5 which made it more intimate not just a number. Recommend this tour. Will not be disappointed.

Outstanding!! 5 + Stars!!
Our guide Jessica was absolutely awesome. She shared her knowledge and expertise at each planned stop along with so much information about the city and areas we traveled through. Just Outstanding!! I would leave more then 5 Stars with that were an option. If it is available, I would highly recommend this tour. Hands down one of the best we had on this cruise.

Beautiful drive with a very informative guide. Enough time at Peggy’s Cove to see the sights, do a little shopping and get a delicious lobster roll. The stop at the Titanic gravesite was very informative and she added in an extra drive around the Citadel. It was a great tour.

Haligonians love to show visitors around their hometown, so there are plenty of Halifax tours. Follow your guide to catch the sunset from Peggy’s Cove, home to what locals say is Canada’s most photographed lighthouse. Or, head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lunenburg or the Fairview Lawn Cemetery, where you can see the graves of 121 Titanic victims. Meanwhile, in Annapolis Valley, guides know where to find the best wineries, and at historic Halifax Harbour, they’ll have you helping a boat crew hoist the sails. Refuel on fresh seafood chowder during a culinary-themed walking tour.
