Very insightful and interesting balsamic vinegar tour. Loved the fact that the family business is located in the city. Easy to access, close walk to the plaza. The tour guide was very friendly and accessible. The English tour was great.

This is a display of representative barrels and tasting with explanations and chance to purchase. The person explaining provided interesting information. After walking through the city to get there, it would have been nice to be able to sit for a while since it was all standing on two spots.

Teresa was an excellent guide! Very informative! Well worth the trip from Parma! It was so fun to learn about how one of our favorite Italian tastes is made! And she was right on with a recommendation of La Brusca Cafe (Osteria) for lunch!
We had so much fun and are excited to bring some back home with us!
